Super GastegeberIn, die das Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail führt. Frühstück (auch nach Wunsch) ist vielfältig, sehr gut und sollte unbedingt auf der Terrasse mit perfektem Blick eingenommen werden. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

We spent five wonderful days at the "Athina" hotel in Elati Zagori at the end of March 2023. This is a wonderful accommodation, in an excellent & quiet location with an unobstructed and commanding view. Its architecture is tasteful and respects the surrounding area. The interior, both of the common areas and of the rooms, is characterized by tasteful luxury. We believe that "Athina" can be, depending on the wishes of each traveler, an ideal "base" for exploring the Zagorochoria region as well as a place of tranquility and rest. We especially thank the person in charge, Mr. Grigoris, for his kindness. We look forward to coming again. See you again! Maria and Yiannis Remundos.

Unfortunately I cant recommend about this hotel. I book a room after a year that i didnt travel due to my cancer and unfortunately i needed to cxl all my trip to greece. This was the only hotel that didnt cooperate and also make difficulty when i took tjeir offer to postponed trip even that i dont know what will be with my health sitution. MR Grigoris Klouras been rude and not cooperative and try lots of triks to make all the sitution bad and worth. He is still continue doing this even that i told him that i am now in hospital. I am almost 30years in Travel industry and never been treated this way!

Very good location on Zagorochoria area. The room was very beautifully decorated and clean, bathroom also. The staff was friendly, but communication was a little bit challenging because of language problems. The breakfast was great and it included a lot of varieties. Peaceful environment. Wifi was absolutely poor. The bed was too hard and the pillows weren’t comfortable.

Very cozy and warm place. Even if Elati (the village that hotel is located) is a bit isolated compared to the main villages of Zagorohoria (i.e. Papigko) it is closer to Ioannina in case that you 'd like to jump for a drink at night. The view from the room is magnificent.

Located in a small village of the Zagori area, hotel Athena has a lot to offer. Location of the hotel is great. Most of the sightseeing of the area is only a short drive away which makes it ideal for short visits. The rooms are very spatious and clean. Well decorated with a style that suits the area you are visiting. Breakfast was amazing with different choices every day and the staff (ask for Elina) was very helpfull with our inquiries. We are definitely re visiting and we are certainly recommending it.
