Frosini Gardens

This is my third visit to this gem of a hotel, and again, everything was excellent just as we like it. We stayed previously in the self-catering rooms but this time decided to stay in the new block and again the rooms were good with everything you needed including tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge. I travelled with my sister and mother who stayed in this hotel with me last year but this year a friend also joined us and she also loved the hotel. George and his father are great hosts and both have a wonderful sense of humour. There is plenty of room around the pool and you could always get a sunbed anytime of the day. We had a few meals in the hotel, and everyone enjoyed them. Loved the hotel and love kassiopi, we will be back.

What a fabulous family run hotel in Kassiopi. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there with friends last week. The owners George and Costa were attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms and grounds were clean, well maintained, and with good facilities. The staff and owners work very hard, and the food is fresh and of good flavour. Our rooms were on the ground floor, cleaned daily, and with easy access to both the pool and restaurant, A short walk brings you to the shops, restaurants, beach and harbour areas. I certainly will return and have no complaints about anything! Thank you so much.

This is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. It’s in a great location, close to all the bars and restaurants. I’d give breakfast a miss if I were you. Pool is nice, big, quiet and peaceful! No pesky kids when we were there. Green areas could do with a lot of TLC, as could the reception area. It smelt like an old granny’s handbag! We stayed in one of the newer rooms. It was spacious and clean but very basic. It’s probably worth it for the money.

A lovely place away from the main shops but only a few mins walk to the busy area. Wonderful pool, everywhere is so clean . Bedding, towels and bins constantly changed. It’s quiet in the evenings, but easy to walk to the Main Street for eating shopping etc. The bar is open all day for drinks and food.

Lovely hotel, our room in the new block was spotless and very modern. One of nicest hotels we have stayed in across Greece for this price range. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. Swimming pool great size and plenty of sunbeds. Perfect location and a very short walk to the harbour and square

Our second visit to this gem of a hotel. We were made to feel so welcome. The hotel is a small family run establishment with a well stocked bar and a large swimming pool. There’s no fighting for sun beds and as an early riser I was first down and could spend a peaceful couple of hours with my book. We didn’t eat breakfast this time but it is all home cooked and freshly prepared. We stayed in the main hotel where the apartments are basic but spacious and have everything you need. Some rooms overlook the road but it isn’t noisy and is great if you like to people watch. There is a new block with modern rooms if you prefer. The location is perfect as you have one of the main beaches just a few minutes walk away or a snicket opposite the hotel brings you to the top of the Main Street with lots of restaurants and shops. The harbour is about a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is perfect for people who enjoy peace and quiet but also want to be close to the restaurants and bars. Highly recommend frosini gardens. Basic but clean accommodation. George, the host, is very welcoming and friendly. He works very hard and very long hours. The pool area is quiet and clean. There were still too many people hogging the sunbeds with towels but there were enough to go round! Pool toilets were clean and the room was cleaned every day. Only criticism is that the air-conditioning is expensive and quite ineffective. It is only in the kitchen area so doesn't reach through to bedroom.

Frosini Gardens is in a great location. Fab pool. Rooms are clean and a good size. Only a short walk to the nearest beach, bars and restaurants. George is amazing - he works very long hours but is the most brilliant host. Would definitely return.

Just spent 2 weeks here what a fabulous place to stay . We stayed in room 11 facing the road the traffic never bothered us at nite and slept with windows open . Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels. The pool is lovely and large plenty of sun beds for everyone.2 minutes from the main bars shops etc and 5 mins to the harbour . I will definitely stay here again if I visit the resort George was a wonderful host and works hard and will do anything u ask off him well done George and the team
