Very nice bohemian hotel but not stuffy, in a beautiful setting as long as you are in the hotel (facing the marina) but in a +/- industrial but safe area. Paid parking available ($27 per night). A shuttle is available free of charge every hour to take you into town (about 15 minutes by car). Very clean and spacious room with balcony. 2 swimming pools and 3 restaurants in the hotel. Towels available for the swimming pool. Warm staff

The hotel is very modern design. The outdoor shower is nice and relax, private, just a few chickens around sometimes. Water pressure here is pretty slow, probably the same in every area in Key West. The cleaning service can be improve.

The location is average. Fortunately, there is a pier. It is convenient to go to sea if you book a project at the hotel.
The room is small, no kitchen, no microwave, there is a small refrigerator but it doesn't have any cooling effect.
The actual room is different from the picture, and the price is not low even if it is not the peak season.
The most terrible thing is that the bath water is pitifully small.

The Perry was everything we’d hoped it would be and more. Modern and new, our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely private balcony. The bathroom had a convenient walk-in shower, plush towels, great water pressure and offered bathrobes and a very nice hairdryer. We got 2 complimentary bottles of water as well, and when the lovely folks at the front desk learned we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we got a cold bottle of champagne on the house. There is cold water in the lobby 24-7, but coffee was only offered for 2 hours in the morning, which seemed random. They may want to reevaluate that, though the in-room coffee was excellent. The staff was fantastic—warm, professional, genuinely caring. Every suggestion they offered, from places to eat to when to leave for the airport, was right on. We can’t wait to come back, hopefully during a cooler time of year (September in KW is brutal).

The views are spectacular, the pool is small but cozy. Receptionist, Ashwin was very helpful and accommodating, gave us good room and the Bellman, Jayme was kind and he knew what he was doing. He was kind and helpful as well. The location of the hotel is great!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We are in the hospitality industry and were amazed at how helpful and kind your staff was. And definitely to top it off how great your restaurant was that is something we were not expecting. Joseph and John your lookalike twins really made a huge difference in our stay there customer service has no words. We loved everything about our stay and you all made everything so easy and stress free for us, including helping us extend our check out because we had a late flight, made all the difference in the world to us. We hope others will read this review and book a stay with you!

Loved the hotel. Only compliant is the doors are heavy and the cleaning staff started cleaning at 6 am and were letting the doors slam all morning long.
