The Garden House Hotel 329 Elizabeth St., Key West, FL 33040 5 Stars This is the first entry into Big Boy's review of boutique and Michelin-rated hotels. I start my worldwide journey in Key West. Upon entering The Garden House Hotel, the first thing one notices is that it is a first-class operation. This once-private residence is in the historic Old Town district of Key West. As such, it is footsteps away from Duval St., Mallory Square, and the Historic Seaport. Equipped with full and delightful concierge services, they are happy to help you plan any and all activities while visiting the area. Just a side note, their service is included in your stay, so no need to fear if you are not a member of the plutocracy, you can still enjoy their services and have a wonderful time. All the guests hang out by the pool and bar, mingling in a friendly, open atmosphere. This is truly a delight. They have won many awards and I can see why. From Rhoda and Ray at the front desk to Lucas at the bar, the staff is outstanding in every way. Tucked away on Elizabeth St., this deceivingly large estate is sprawling with its own botanical gardens, including local flora, fauna, and some turtles. The pool is sparkling clean and an inviting blue. The room? The room is large, gorgeous, welcoming, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet. We had a great stay. We love the location near the harbor and close to Duval. Sammy was great, very nice! They have a good breakfast option to get the day started. Very cute private pool area to enjoy. We will definitely be back and bring friends.

They have the best breakfast with Belgium waffles and fruit! It's close to everything.? The crew were great, especially our host with the most. Did not get his name. So charming and helpful. They have the coolest pool! It has a beautiful,relaxing ambiance.

It was a great location. Walking distance to duval street. Quiet in the evenings. Sammy was an awesome host!! Would definitely come back with friends for another stay.

The Garden House served our need for a comfortable place to stay that was located within walking distance of the main attractions on Duval.

Friendly staff and great breakfast

The property was beautiful and well kept. Only 2 blocks from Duval Street which was awesome. Sammy was great and breakfast delicious and fresh. Room was small but we were only there at night. Pool was big enough to cool off in. If u are there on Sunday you lose your parking for church from 9: 30 to 11:45. So we went to the Southernmost Point and butterfly museum and neither were crowded that early! Would stay again.
