The silence for serenity is what i loved , it's really a sanctury in the city. The friendly service , always eager to improve on anything you complain about. You are sorrounded by nature yet in the city. The place is very comfy and relatively affordable .

One of the friendliest places I've stayed anywhere. The staff were exceptionally lovely, the breakfast was generous, the beds were comfy and generous room size. I also made use of the free 1 hour massage and came away feeling great. The only critique was that while they offer a free laundry service, it takes three days and I still came away with wet clothes that I needed to dry at my next hotel. But as a free service in an emergency during the rainy season you have to temper your expectations - but this service could have been better. But I would definitely stay there again! and thank the staff for definitely going above and beyond, especially Josiane!

We stayed here twice (with 2 children) and had a great time! It is a lovely hotel with a super relaxed vibe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the manager is extremely responsive and helpful. There are many lovely details all around the hotel: from the beautiful plants and flowers everywhere, to the lighting, the art works, the pottery, the books in the lounge... The location is good for exploring the city (use Yego). Apart from (a delicious) breakfast, there is no restaurant, but you can easily order food from partner-restaurants or just walk to restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I spent a night here and had a very good sleep. Personnel here is super friendly. My stay was very short, basically I just used the bed and the shower but as everything was so comforting I directly felt very relaxed. The area is close to some restaurants, bars I really enjoyed.

Very good value for money at The Nest. Nice friendly ambience, a good bed and good breakfast. Centrally located near to the convention center and Kigali Heights. And not to forget the complementary massage by seeing hands. Thank you for the great stay!
