The hotel is new and really quite a nice place to stay. Our room was well appointed, the bed very comfortable, wifi strong, shower had amazing pressure. Staff need training which is the reason my review only has 3 stars. Once they train staff to be more customer focused and not try to make them feel uncomfortable then it will be a great place to stay. Much better price wise than the other big hotels in Kinshasa.

The first time I stayed, I felt awful. Booked the business room and suite online and paid for it. It was more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and even said that the room had not been vacated. Waiting for an hour and a half at the front desk, only a few rooms were vacated, and the room type was still inconsistent. In this case, the front desk also said that it would have to pay $75. The plane that drove late at night, we left at 21 o'clock.

I once left my laptop bag in the Resturant and realised it much later only to be pleasantly surprised that one of the folks from the Okapi Resturant picked it up and kept it aside for me so it’s also safest & secure hotel in Kinshsha . Many of the frontline staff speak very good English making it easy for visitors to engage. Overall the best choice for business travellers in Kinshsha ! More power to you guys !! 💕💕

New and very well kept hotel. Really very friendly and helpful staff. It's a shame there isn't an internal restaurant (since there is practically nothing in the area) but the supermarket under the hotel and the take away help somewhat.

First of all, the price is very cost-effective in the capital of Kinshasa, unless you want to stay in a local small hotel; secondly, it is not as other reviews said (maybe improved), the staff are very enthusiastic, and if you have any questions, the lobby manager downstairs will help. Help solve the problem; as for the lack of breakfast varieties, I think it’s okay. It’s not a big problem if you’re full. There are breads, fruits, and staple food. After all, it’s free; the food cooked by the chef is delicious, and the price is okay. It’s only 20 US dollars for a full meal. Well, no problem at all; the facilities in the guest room are a bit lacking, there is no mineral water, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, etc. You need to contact the guest room staff. . . Overall, I felt that I was very happy staying here for two days. I recommend trying their various masalas, which taste really good. . .

This hotel is being refurbished, but in the meantime conditions are terrible, and service is incompetent or totally absent. Bathroom door would not close. No one even offered to clean the room during 8 day stay. Had to demand clean towel and sheets.

The hotel has been a very nice hotel and has been a very nice hotel. Promises of animations shown everywhere, unfortunately the covid stopped everything, but why keep the hope of the possibility of changing ideas?
