Highly recommend this nice hotel. Nice food and room. Hot spring is good too. Kids are very happy to stay there.

Room is a bit old and kettle is not clean but the in room onsen room that i booked is awesome. Enjoyed the onsen in room is relaxing. Dinner is beautifully presented and tasty. Very value for money, will come back again.

The dinner was delicious, and every dish was exquisite and unique. The public hot springs are elegant and clean. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is a buffet style with many types of food, including Japanese and Western. The CP value is extremely high!

The room was spacious and the bath was nice, but the food and service were not so good. The staff were vague when explaining the dishes, saying "I think it's probably ____," and after explaining that the meat should be served with salt and wasabi, they said, "I've never eaten it with wasabi." The service was too close. Also, personally, I couldn't understand why we had to pay the facility usage fee for a 0-year-old baby who didn't go into the hot springs or get any meals. If it costs 1,100 yen to have the baby food we brought heated in the microwave and to borrow a chair to eat, I don't think I'll use this hotel again.

The hotel is very close to the hot spring market, and the staff are very enthusiastic. Many thanks to Bijay, the trainee at the front desk, for his enthusiastic and professional service. We stayed in a Japanese-style room. The facilities were a bit old, but it didn't affect the overall experience. All hot springs are fully equipped, and the breakfast and dinner are first-rate and delicious! Duijie! 👍👍👍

Overall it's average, including breakfast for more than 600, not worth the price. The Japanese-style room is quite large, the facilities are relatively old, the quilt is very thick, and it's too hot. The fourth floor window can only see the woods, there is no scenery, but the advantage is that it is very quiet. The windows cannot be opened, and the air in the room is not good. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast variety is comparable to international five-star hotels, and it is not crowded. Dinner is only open to guests who book a room with dinner, and on-site payment is not accepted

Located near Maruo Onsen, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to some restaurants in the hot spring street. There is a bus stop to the airport in front of the hotel. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. The hot springs are good and have a strong sulfur smell. The Japanese-style rooms are OK, but the bathroom equipment is old and the hot water does not get hot for a long time, but it feels like a warm and comfortable medium-sized hotel.

This is my third time staying here. The room is clean and the dinner and breakfast are delicious. Hope to stay again. There is already a bus to the airport in front of the hotel. Zhan Wang’s large bathhouse and hot springs are so beautiful

I disturbed you at the company's offsite meeting. At dinner, you can have all-you-can-drink shochu and draft beer for +1500 yen. The observation bath with a view of Sakurajima and the triangular open-air bath were both very comfortable.

酒店環境設施比較舊,價錢比較貴,不值得去!晚餐和早餐都好豐富,早餐環境新裝修,buffet都有好多野食揀,祇有食覺得好,住就不好了......
