Staff nice, humble and customer-oriented Hotsping three choices, all private, one outdoor with attractive scenery. Dinner and breakfast served hot and fresh. Traditional japaneses style, appreciate. Room is spacious for one traveler. Convenient and nearby many tourist attractions in Kirishima in self driven car. To Kagoshima airport only about 28 mins self driving.

The hotel located near the main tourist centre with onsen, and very accessible to tourist point nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the onsen facilities were clean. The service was great too!

4 different hot springs, a great experience. The service and meals are very good. Will recommend to friends.

Since we were a family of four, the private bath was extremely helpful, and there were two outdoor baths and two indoor baths, so we ended up bathing in them multiple times. There was also a wide variety of food, so the whole family was satisfied. We would definitely like to use it again if we have the opportunity.

Very Good

The service is very good, but it's a pity that there are only four rooms for hot springs. You have to queue up to take a shower at night, and the water in the hot spring is a bit dirty

This Japanese-style hotel is relatively convenient to drive to. It takes about four or five minutes to drive to the nearest restaurant and shopping area. There is a road outside the hotel's garden/parking lot, and there is no place for walking. It takes about 10-15 minutes to drive to Kirishima Shrine. The decoration of the hotel is very new, the Japanese-style rooms are large, clean and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the service is sincere and attentive. There are four independent baths for individual use, two outdoor and two open-air. They are very Japanese style and comfortable to use. Breakfast is eaten at separate intervals in the restaurant, and the food is rich and delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable hot spring trip. PS. The red leaves on the mountain are so beautiful, great!

I used it for the first time on a business trip. If you like hot spring ryokan, this Hanazura-san has a "small guide" here and there in the hotel, and I liked the signboard lol. I hope you will continue to do your best. As you can see in the guide, the ryokan here can use the open-air and indoor baths for free if they are available. I was able to enter, and I was able to enjoy Yunohana. The room may feel a little dated, but I was able to rest on the fluffy futon. It wasn't cramped like a business hotel, and I was able to do my work at a large table without being affected by the Wifi speed. It seems that it is managed by a small number of people, so I can't help but ask that the inside of the hotel be well-cleaned, like a city hotel. It is also ventilated for virus countermeasures. I didn't have time to take all 4 baths, so I'd like to look forward to the rest at the next opportunity.
