Every corner of the hotel is beautiful and the service is very good. The outdoor hot springs looking at Sakurajima Island are unforgettable. The hot spring lounge is very comfortable and the cable car experience is also very special. In terms of catering, the dinner was delicious, but the breakfast was a bit overshadowed by comparison.

This is my second time staying at a Hoshinoya hotel. The hotel is really beautiful. It feels like being in the forest, the air is good, and the hot springs are comfortable. The hotel's food is even more delicious. The hotel's own tram is also very interesting.

The hotel is great and unique, and the view from the room is super nice. You have to take a small train to go to the hot springs. This is the first time I have encountered this. The breakfast and dinner are rich and worth a stay.

The location is located on a quiet mountain. The view from the room is very beautiful. You need to take a cable car to get to the hot spring. The room is relatively large and has complete facilities. There is no convenience store nearby, and there are no street lights on the road after dark. The nearest convenience store takes 15 minutes to drive. If necessary, it is recommended to buy necessary items in advance before going to the hotel. 

The service, environment, and food all exceeded expectations. It is well worth staying. The location is not as convenient if you don't drive by yourself, but planning an itinerary is another experience.

The room is comfortable and has a wide view. There is a private hot spring and a public hot spring at a lower location. There are shuttles. There are not many people. The meals are very rich and the service is very good. The only drawback is that there are only two drinks in the small refrigerator in the room. There is a charge for toiletries which is a bit poor

The environment is beautiful, the room has a view of Sakurajima Island, the public hot springs can be reached by a driverless cable car, and the outdoor baths feel like they are in a deserted land.  As for dinner and breakfast, they were just okay, no special surprises.

The room is not big, and the view outside the window is good. The hot spring outside the room is unique, but the hot spring inside the room is thin and the water is quite hot. The hotel staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel holds a ghost drumming session in the evening which is fun.

The service in the hotel is indescribable. The clerk's service attitude is very good and friendly. The hotel room is very clean. We are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The hotel helped us prepare the third floor. The scenery is very beautiful. They even took photos for us during dinner in the evening. , they also gave us chocolates, and there were performances in the evening. The hot springs opened very late and opened very early in the morning, so it was very comfortable to soak in the hot springs early in the morning. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The hotel environment and facilities are good. The scenery in the room is beautiful, but it depends on the weather. The hot spring in the room is at a constant temperature and is relatively comfortable. But the food is really average, and the dining environment is a bit noisy. Maybe the hotel rooms are more crowded than other hot spring hotels.
