Terrible! It didn't look like it was open for business at all... I arrived at the hotel around 1pm, the door was locked, the phone number was unavailable, and there were spider webs at the door. I thought it was closed and had to change my schedule and rebook my flight. I negotiated to cancel the order but was rejected. After I contacted Ctrip's customer service, the hotel came to open the door and said that even if I canceled the room, there would be no refund. In short, my original plan for the later itinerary was interrupted due to the hotel's fault, and the hotel refused to take responsibility. Putting this aside, the geographical location is remote, that is, the only hotel in Levi within 10km of the airport. I booked it the next morning because I had to catch a flight. There are no other hotels within a radius of ten miles. The environmental sanitation can be seen from the door that it is always deserted.

There was no staffed reception, I had to call and find out that the keys were in a box outside. There were no employees at the hotel and we arrived at 3pm. There was a strong sewage smell in the room. What saved it was the breakfast.

The positives are it's quiet and seemed clean on arrival - although at no point was the room cleaned or tidied during my 3 day stay. It's basically best described as a youth hostel rather than a hotel, if you have that in mind you'll probably be ok with the place. Also bear in mind, there is absolutely no where in walking distance to eat out. A 20+ minute drive to levi is required.

Nice stay
Very comfortable stay with a great room, with a very spacious bathroom. Had all facilities we needed and would like to say how lovely it is to walk into a warm room from the cold outside.
Instructions to enter property were clear and everything worked well.
Breakfast was very good and with a lot of options, you could choose whatever you wanted.
