The Alpenhotel Kitzbuhel should be a 6 star hotel. The service is outstanding as always and never disappoints. The food is the highest level and the location and views are one of the most beautiful you will find. What makes it unique and a very special hotel are the hotel staff who are such a fantastic team and really do care and go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. They all work extremely hard and are efficient, professional, and friendly. My husband and I love this place!

Wir hatten recht spontan (samstags gebucht, montags angereist) eine der Lakeside Lodges mit Seeblick und HP gebucht. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich für 4 Personen gedacht, daher hatten wir auch 2 Bäder. Ansonsten gibt es eine Sauna, einen Balkon und die wunderbare Aussicht direkt auf den See vom Bett aus. Frühstück und Nachmittagsjause waren sehr reichhaltig, es gab eigentlich nichts was es nicht gab. Zum Abendessen wurde ein 5-Gänge-Menü gereicht wobei für jeden Gang 2 bis 3 Auswahlmöglichkeiten bestanden. Wir hatten unsere Labradorhündin dabei Sie war überall willkommen, allerdings für 30€ pro Nacht. Das hoteleigene Strandbad hätte sie nur mit Leine besuchen dürfen, daher haben wir uns für den öffentlichen Seezugang ein paar Meter weiter entschieden. Dort stehen wunderbare Holzliegen zur freien Verfügung, ansonsten tut‘s auch eine mitgebrachte Decke. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Spabereich mit Infinitypool und ausreichend Liegen läd zum Faulenzen ein. Wir waren komischerweise meist alleine dort. Keine Ahnung wo die anderen Hotelgäste waren ♀️ Direkt an unser Zimmer schloss der Seerundweg an. Perfekt für den morgendlichen Spaziergang mit dem Hund. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder

Tolle Lokation direkt am See. Stylische Einrichtung und geschmackvolles Alpenambiente. Sehr ansprechender Ruhebereich im SPA - zum echten Entspannen. Service im Restaurant nicht entsprechend der Hotelkategorie und des Preisniveaus. Besonders ärgerlich für Teetrinker: es gibt nur Teebeutel - billigste Variante. Auch nach Reklamation keine Entgegenkommen des Hotelmanagements. Sehr schade für ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie und des eigenen Anspruchs.

All unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Gartensuite mit direktem Seezugang war für uns und unseren Irish Setter ideal. Wir wurden in jeder Hinsicht verwöhnt. Die Halbpension ist eigentlich eine Vollverpflegung und die Küche ist excellent. Das abendliche 5-Gänge Menü war abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft. Dank des guten Wetters konnten wir immer auf der schönen Terrasse sitzen und den Ausblick auf den Schwarzsee und die Berge genießen. Der Wellness und Spabereich mit dem Infinitypool ist allererste Sahne. Das ganze Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Den Tag mit einem Sprung in den warmen See zu beginnen war ein Hochgenuss. Wir kommen sicher wieder und sind auch gespannt, wie es im Winter sein wird.

Dieses Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen: Lage: Mega Ausstattung: geschmackvoll wertig herrlich Kulinarik: 5 Sterne Service: Top Preis/Leistung: sehr fair So gemütlich und modern eingerichtetes Hotel bei dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Tiefgarage ebenfalls inclusive.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Alpenhotel Kitzbühel. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön mit einem tollen Bad. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und der Zimmerservice waren waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir verbrachten einige Tage im Alpenhotel Kitzbühel und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Aus dem früher dunklen und sehr traditionell eingerichteten Hotel ist nach der Renovierung ein wunderschönes Refugium entstanden. Die Zimmer sind hell und modern eingerichtet und laden, besonders mit direktem Seeblick, zum langen Verweilen ein. Der Wellnessbereich im Hauptgebäude lässt keine Wünsche offen - besonders toll ist der Blick vom Infinity Pool (Wassertemperatur 30 Grad) auf das Bergpanorama. Das gesamte Personal zeigt sich sehr umsichtig und freundlich. Insgesamt können wir für das Hotel eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen!
