Tui Blue Palm Garden

This was one of the best vacations we had! Hotel grounds are beautiful and very clean. We had two connecting rooms (family room) which was cleaned daily. Meals were incredible! Probably best food I've ever eaten in any hotel. Great mini bar for kids so they could take food by themselfs. Pool is big, with just enought slides. The kids pool has just a bit cooler water but it didn't bother kids there. And the staff in very nice and hard working. Great job from entertainment team. Our kids loved kids disco and my husband played waterpolo. It was just an amazing vacations!

Second family visit. We had to return, the first holiday was fantastic. Accommodation was clean and very well maintained on a daily basis. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is outstanding, huge selection to choose from. Desserts are out of this world. Pool and sunbathing area are large with lots of sunbeds. Excellent selection of water sports, we went paddle boarding. Lots of daily fitness activities. Gym has a good selection of machines. The a la carte restaurant meal was very good as was the barbecue. All in all I would definitely return and would recommend to all. I have no negative comments.

Having spent 10 days in this wonderful hotel it makes you want more and more. I have to say it was one of the cleanest hotels i have ever stayed at, it was spotless. From the restaurants to the gardens the presentation was incredible. The choice of food is immense, and the quality is incredible. Thank you for making it a great holiday Tui and the hotel deserves every award it has received over many years.

OMG. My husband and I have just got home from a two week stay at palm garden and can honestly say that from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome.The gardeners,cleaners, restaurant staff couldn't have done more for us.As I have mobility issues if the driver of the golf buggy saw us,he would always stop and take us to our room, restaurant or bar. And always so happy to assist us . Amazing.Felt like a queen the whole time. I have coeliac disease and guest relations and head chef always made sure my needs were met.The staff at this hotel are by far one of our most positive Turkey experiences. Also our TUI blue guides and rep were once again on another level of excellence.Will definitely be going back.Thankyou to everyone who made our holiday so very, very special.

We stayed for 10 nights with our two children (5&9) and my parents. The hotel is perfect, the staff are all fantastic and there are so many activities going on throughout the day that there is always something to do. My 5 year old daughter attended the kids club. She loved it and it was run so professionally. We had a two bedroom family room, it was massive and cleaned to perfection every morning. My son loved the big slides in the main pool and my daughter split her time between the main pool (which is quite deep) and the shallow kids pool. The food is great, my children are very fussy, however they always managed to eat chips, chicken and pasta at every lunch/dinner, and pancakes for every breakfast. There is loads of different food on offer tho, and it was all excellent. The entertainment was mixed. We preferred some nights to others. The hotel held a pool party night with a DJ which was great! We are at the bbq one night, it was lovely and such a beautiful setting. Outside the hotel is a large shopping place, which was good to look around. We got a taxi to Side one evening which was nice but it got very busy. The taxi was 50 euro return trip. The beach is sand/shingle, we took beach shoes! The sea is great and in august was really warm. We had no issues with sun beds, there were always lots available up until Aprox 10am, after that you kind of have to walk around finding the spare ones and pull them together to make your spot. Bring euros, everything in the shops is priced in euros. We had Turkish Lira and they were happy to convert it for us at the tills - but euro would have been easier. My only little moan - kindly the hotel let you go into the restaurant after you have checked in if you arrive very late, which is lovely. However you just get given whatever meal they saved for you and therefore my fussy children wouldn’t eat, so went to bed without eating that night. Perhaps the staff could just provide some chips or plain pasta. I did ask if either of these were available but was told no. It’s a beautiful hotel and we hope to return

From the moment we arrived to leaving we had the loveliest time at Tui blue palm garden. We stayed for 10nights as a family of 5, children aged 13yrs 9yrs and 2yrs there was something for them all to do, to eat and to enjoy (coming from England it was such a treat to see a jacket potato option for lunch, have never seen this abroad before) the food here was honestly amazing, not your average all inclusive. Every single staff member was happy, welcoming and went above and beyond for us as a family, the hotel was clean and beautifully kept, if I could recommend something for me personally would be some back ground music around the pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends and hope to come back again for another wonderful family holiday. Special mention to Lara from the kids club who made our son’s holiday 🥰. Thank you all. X
