İlk girdiğimiz andan itibaren çalışanların yüzünde gerginlik ve somurtkanlık, resimlerde ve anlatıldığı gibi olmayan bir yer, standart oda çok küçük, 3 yaş ve 7 yaş iki çocukla standart odayı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum ve çok küçük, oda küçük diye resepsiyon a bildirdik günlük 20 Euro fark istediler, lobi, snack bar, havuz başı tüm personelin yüzü hiç gülmüyor, her yerde sürekli kuyruk var, cola alabilmek için bile en az 15 dakika sırada bekleniyor, sürekli tersleyerek konuşan personel, tek güleryüzlü olan oda temizlik hizmetlerindeki ablalar, 5 gece kaldık yemekde bile dakikalarca sıra bekledik, kesinlikle 5 yıldızı haketmeyen, hatta 3 yıldızlı daha önce konakladığımız otellerden bile daha kötü bir otel, sonuna kadar pişmanlık, tatilbudur personeli de sadece ekstra tur satma peşinde, onun dışında hiç bir satış sonrası hizmeti yok, lobide hiç bir personel karşılama bile yapmadı, Gergin ve somurtkan başlayan tatilimiz aynı şekilde devam etti, Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, bundan daha ucuza çok daha güzel oteller var, personel tamamen ilgisiz!!!!

The hotel is very close to both the ancient city of Side and the city center due to its location, which is a good opportunity for you to get out of the hotel, which is built on a relatively small area. It also provides quality accommodation. The most beautiful part of Side is its beach, so the pool inside the hotel does not appeal to me, and the pool is crowded, mostly with foreign tourists. Clean towels are provided for the beach every day. The staff is very polite and attentive. The a la carte restaurants are also very high quality. The small negative comments I can make about the hotel are as follows: 1- In order to get a drink in the restaurant, you have to order from the waiters, the number of waiters is quite high, so they come to you to order, but this causes quite a crowd in the small area. Establishing a system where guests can get their own drinks could make the dining area more comfortable. 2- The umbrellas on the beach do not provide full protection from the sun, which causes sunburn rather than sunbathing, awnings are always better in this regard 3- There was no toothpaste or toothbrush for guests in the bathroom, and there was no hair conditioner (but there was shampoo and shower gel)

When I checked in, as the Internet wrote, I was given a number outside the main buildings along the transit corridor. According to tourists, the rooms were previously accommodated by the staff. Stagnant air with the smell of powder or possibly cheap softening. I liked the design of the family-rum. Otherwise everything is standard: swimming pool, sandy beach, bar restaurant and main restaurant. Everything is not exquisite. Including the design of the hotel interiors. Kitchen is good, beneficial to distinguish this hotel from hotels saving on products. Kitchen is about 4+. This hotel makes sense to go if the price is competitive. If you have rested in high-level hotels, it will seem simple to you, such a four-point. Justice for the sake, except that I was first put up with a bad room, negative emotions no longer made the hotel. Maybe because I was there for a while.

Not for us unfortunately!! Having read the reviews we were excited to get to this hotel. Unfortunately we did not have the best stay. We went there with our family and friends and when we arrived in the forst day, they sepparated us into 3 different buildings even though we were a group, and even though we came with our parents, who didn't speak english and who were supposed to help us with the cildren.The front desk person said that this is a matter they won't discuss, and we have to accept what rooms we received. The room was not what we expected for the money we paid for.When we entered, we could feel a bad smell.The storage amenities were not enough for a family with 4 members.In the bathroom, which was really small, and the fixtures were old and used, there was no storage for you to place cosmetics and different things you use in the bathroom. The lighting fixtures were not enough, in the room, in the evening was kind of dark. On the terrace, the furniture was old and used.Moreover, no one told us that at 4 in the morning the sprinklers will turn on and wet all our towels that were pkaced outside to dry.Not to say that the nouse of the water on our door woke us up ( sprinklers were not placed correctly and the water reached our door, not the grass). The air conditioning was also damaged as it dripped on the floor, in the room but also in the restaurant on the table we ate. We asked for a baby crib for our 2 year old and we received one with stains, tairs..etc with a matress that wasn't fitting the bed, that we had to ask someone to change. The entertainment is good in the day but at night unless you want to sit on hard stone slabs in an outdoor theatre then do not book here. We are disappointed and we will not return here.

So lucky to have discovered this small, excellent hotel on our first week-long trip to the area. For a very reasonable cost, the Aura provided a lovely modern room with a great view from the balcony, overlooking the sea and the ancient town. So quiet and peaceful! The roof-top breakfast room also has a fantastic view over the town. It takes only minutes to walk to the pedestrianised sea promenade, and there are dozens of restaurants and bars nearby. The ruins of the ancient city are within a ten minute stroll. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner provided us with transport to and from the airport. Highly recommended.

Outstanding hotel and simply couldn’t fault anything. Food was beautiful and so much choice everyday. A la carte restaurants are well worth a visit. Staff in every area work so hard and are polite, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Everyone wants the best sunbeds every day and you did follow suit and be up in the morning to put your towels on your beds, but you find this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I would rather have a nice amount of space around the pool area than have more beds. The beach is literally just across the promenade and the pool bar will still come and serve you drinks. The beach gives you the alternative option to the pool area and again there are plenty of sunbeds. The spa services were superb and I used the services of the hair and beauty salon. A walk along the promenade into Side harbour is a lovely walk along the seafront area and meant you didn’t feel you were stuck in the hotel too far from other shops, bars and restaurants.We cannot thank every member of the team at this hotel from reception to poolside staff, housekeeping, waiting and bar staff, spa team, entertainment and security enough. Together everyone made our stay absolutely perfect.
