This is a very convenient modern hotel if visiting the science park on business. 10 minutes walk away. The Kansai airport bus literally stops at the main entrance. The hotel is large but at the time of visiting pretty quiet. There didn't appear to be an any additional restaurant or bar that was open other than for breakfast. However there is a large out of town shopping area with a number of ok restaurants about 7 or 8 in a row that open late that is literally 10 minutes walk away. We tried 5 of these in our week long stay but honestly nothing stood out. The nearest train station is a good 45 minute walk away so getting a taxi is essential really. However, Nara is only 20 minutes away from Shin Hososo station when you eventually get there. Worth the effort for a bit of life. The hotel breakfast was mixed Japanese and Western which was actually pretty good and probably the highlight of the stay. Rooms were basic, large and quite cool which was actually quite welcome compared to some of the overly stuffy rooms that modern hotels tend to have. Overall functional. But the surrounding area is pretty bleak and very quiet walking around after hours. This may have been the time of year but somehow I doubt it.

It has a good location, a long history, and retro architecture. Many celebrities once lived there. The restaurant inside is also a famous restaurant, and you need to book in advance to enjoy it. Excellent service from the service staff. A female lobby staff member named ”Li” in Japanese provided very good service. Even though we didn't understand the language, she took the trouble to communicate with me. She also helped us call a car and sent us to the car. The Japanese service is absolutely top notch. It is also true that the room facilities are outdated. See picture.

A hotel that feels like a business ＋ hot spring hotel, just next to JR Nara Station. The room is clean and quite large, ３ F, but the view from the window was completely elevated by the railway, and I was worried about the sound of the train. The bathroom in the room has only a shower, but there is a large communal bath in a natural hot spring, so I was able to relax. There was no problem with the hot springs and breakfast, and it was as expected. Free bottled water 1 book in the refrigerator, WiFi is also free to connect.

Right next to Nara Jr Station. You can overlook Nara Castle. The route to the hotel is based on the reviews of previous customers, which is very accurate. There is a convenience store downstairs, and a large supermarket further ahead that is open until 24 o'clock. The surrounding facilities and transportation are convenient.
The hotel is quite new. I have stayed in Osaka, Nara, and Kyoto many times. If you are sightseeing, staying in Nara is really comfortable. We spent the last two days shopping before returning to Osaka to stay. There really isn't much to buy here.
The main thing is to take a leisurely walk, visit small shops and eat, and there are many temples and attractions.
The details of the hotel are very good. All the small things you need are placed in the drawers and they are kept clean. I didn't hear any noise either.

This price is really worth it: the room is big, the facilities are excellent, the hygiene is good, and the service is good.
The transportation is really inconvenient. There is basically no bus after 18:00, and the nearest subway is more than 2 kilometers away. Calling a taxi? Forget it! First, there are few, and second, you can't install Japanese taxi apps without a Japanese mobile phone number. I found the nearest station of the Cong Railway on my first night after 30 minutes of walking through the countryside, vegetable fields, and cemeteries with my luggage. The second night was better, and I walked through a 15-minute uninhabited area.
Having said so much, it doesn't mean that I will never choose it, but if you don't care about transportation issues, it is highly recommended.

Or too busy? No room clothes! On the contrary, maybe the baby bed that the guest needed until the day before remained. The location of the hotel is located in the opposite side of the downtown in the direction. You can leave the station to the hotel and go along the track to shortcut. The lobby was wide 々. Amenity etc are placed next to the front desk and the style to take from there. toothbrushes too. However, the cup was provided in the room. The elevator is a style of pressing the destination floor with a card key. Some elevators also hold the key when going down . The room also has an air purifier, baggage rack, and alarm clock. Glass in a coffee cup and ice in it. The bath is card key, and there are other dedicated keys for women. The exclusive key is 々 exchange day. Hand towels bath towels are provided in the bath, so you don't need to take them from the room. Towel place, I think this is bad for guests, but it is quite messy, so I thought I needed a regular check. The washroom is ８, and ２ of them can be set up with parents and children. No sauna.

New and beautiful rooms, inadequate facilities, convenient location, quick and friendly service, and free breakfast were good! I hope there is an email address for contact after booking ... (After that, 1214 still smells like ventilation problems. 1212 was okay) Thank you. I will use it again :) Clean room with simple but good enough facility. Convinient to access Tenri station, and places in Tenri city. Frindly and quick response of staffs for any inquiry. And ... lovely free breakfast :) I would like to say thank you for all support during my stay :) Ah ... if possible ... would like to give hotel's email address to guest who has booking ... it is hard to contact via phone from overseas. My favorite hotel during the whole trip to Kansai🏨
First of all, the location is invincible and convenient, just outside Nara Station! There is even a dedicated elevator to their home! I have never stayed in such a convenient location. I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but it turned out to be super quiet (I didn’t sleep well in Osaka and Kyoto, so pitiful)
Secondly, the service attitude is super good! And the service staff speaks English better than anyone I have met in Osaka! The communication was complete💯The attitude was also super good, very patient, highly recommended!
There is also a hot spring at this price♨️Who knows! Yukata and toiletry bags are provided.
The room size is enough for one person anyway. I especially like the feeling that there is a TV at the end of the bed and a window next to the bed! Extremely comfortable.
There is a password lock when entering the door, which is very convenient without a room card. Just post the magnet ”check out” outside the door when you check out. It's so smart.
I will stay here again next time I come to Nara.

I was looking for a spacious place to relax in my room during my stay, so I decided to stay here.
There is a hot spring, but I made a reservation without knowing that I would be able to use it until 10 p.m., and the nearby restaurants close early at night, so I prioritized dinner and checked in, so I couldn't get up early in the morning. In the end, it was not possible to use it.
The room I stayed in was really spacious and had several large sofas so I was able to spend a relaxing time.
There was no problem with the room itself, but there was an inexplicable smell in the hallway on the accommodation floor, probably due to disinfection.
I think the building is valuable because it feels like a good old big hotel from the Showa era.
I thought it was a good time as the shop in front of the front desk was stocked with a variety of items.
There was a convenience store within walking distance, so I didn't feel inconvenienced.

I stayed once before the renewal, but at that time it was not a very beautiful room for compliments. I stayed for the first time after the renewal this time, but it was no longer a separate inn. The room was comfortable, the view of the Uji River and the open-air bath with the room were large and comfortable. The staff was also pleasant and I want to go again if I can afford time and money. However, all dinners during the 3 nights were steak kaiseki shops, but until the first 2 nights, the chef was very good, and the meat was soft and I was able to eat very comfortably. There was a preschool child who was originally prohibited from entering the store at the last 3 night dinner (except for rental), and it was not possible to slow at all in the gaga gaga and the ugly gakinko. It seems that it was a family of your good, but I wanted the line drawing around it to be good.
