Outside of motel looks newer than it actually is. Bathroom shower/tub poor condition. Area around stool leaking. Walls thin-could hear person in another room snoring all night. Bed squeaks every time moved.

Service recovery is an area this property should work on. While a guest should not come across a sink that does not drain well, it is a bigger problem to tell the guest that the problem is solved when it has not been. Credit is due to the manager who is also a handyman and finally fixed the issue while showing the older guy that a long stick stirring around is never going to work. Proper housekeeping should have resolved these issues before handing the room to the next guest. After all these issues, there was no gesture of service recovery in compensating the guest in any shape and form. Combined with the breakfast service that served round eggs that still felt refrigerated and constantly ran low on food with no attention to refill until requested, there is quite some room for improvement.

In room 324 at first glace the place seemed decsent but upon further investigation the room was full of roaches. Not like 1 or 2, they were everywhere. I set food down and they swarmed my plate, one walked up and tryed to climb my foot. And several more instances where they had appeared. There were many nasty stains on the beds and burn holes even though it was a non smoking room. When attempting to ge a refund the guy on staff was rude and dismissive and was trying to do everything he could to not give the money back. I truly believe this place should be shut down for health violations.

Everything was clean and nice. The only complaint we had was the horrible pillows.

It’s updated but there was men’s hair in the bathroom on the sink. The room smelled musty had a oder. It’s a cheaper hotel so u pay for what you get the cover had holes in them the bed was very squeaky so loud you couldn’t sleep if the person moved in 117. The website said a pool didn’t see one at all. My husband cleaned the tub floors bathroom with bleach a whole bottle bleach. They don’t restock breakfast first come first serve.

The room looked nice like the picture too bad the air conditioning wasn’t pushing the air out very much the shower plumbing wasn’t even attached correctly the breakfast was at least available but no coffee no fruit milk didn’t taste good ! And let me not forget there house keeping came knocking on the door at 8:30am luckily we were already up but seriously check out isn’t until 11am why are you waking ppl at 8:30 in the morning!!!

The room was very small, even for a solo traveler. The bed squeaked every time I moved and was very uncomfortable. Set the A/C to 68 and was still warm all night. Half of the lights in the room did not work, but the room itself was fairly clean.

Very convenient and nice

I stayed here, thinking service animals were exempt from fees! Your front desk illegally asked for my dogs forms, and then charged me 50 fee for the dogs. When your website states they’re to be free! Terrible, I should take legal action against this hotel, it’s federally illegal to that to service animals!
