Good location. Great service. Hotel provided motorbike, transfer from/to the pire as well.
There was water leak in the bathroom. Informed hotel staff and it was fixed quickly.

Take the boat to Naban Pier, call the hotel staff, and wait a moment for a car to pick you up and take you to the hotel. The drive only takes a few minutes, which is very convenient.
The hotel is in a relatively quiet area, with several restaurants nearby and the food is good. It only takes more than ten minutes to walk to the nearby beach.
This time we lived on the ground floor. The room was large and clean. There was a glass sliding door at the door, but it was considered soundproof. However, water leaking from the bottom of the toilet washbasin would wet the ground floor.
The breakfast is relatively simple. You can only choose from three ABC main meals and a small amount of buffet salad, but you can still feel full😆
The staff at the reception desk only speak basic English, but are very polite and friendly.
This is the first time for our couple to stay in Grand Island for 3 nights. It really feels like a relaxing vacation. We will come back if we have the opportunity.

We booked for 1 night), we really liked the hotel), we lived on the 1st floor) clean, quiet, just lovely! I was pleasantly surprised by the large bathtub (clean, smelled nice)
My husband had a fever, they helped, gave me pills, for which I thank you very much)
A clean pool with a heated children's area is another huge plus)
In general, I recommend staying ❤️

To be honest, the room was very clean.
Facilities: None, the small swimming pool was not swimmable
Service: None, we had 2 adults and 3 children, and booked a family room for 4 people, which was actually a small room with 3 beds. When we arrived, there was no front desk. A service staff asked us to add 600 extra beds for the children. We couldn't refund, so we had to pay more. It was such an ordinary small room, but 4 beds were stuffed in. I was speechless! The key point is that the bed at home is very small, and the springs are very diaphragmatic!!! It was very noisy when it rained at night, and the bed by the window was leaking. I didn't expect to be like this on vacation. I was so disappointed!!!
