Loved this place. So close to the beach,very clean and private.

We had an awesome stay! You will have your own bungalow which has a huge bed, a refrigerator, AC and drinks + Coffee for free! Very cool extra: there are many usb ports for charging! You are right in the exact middle of the pattaya beach and a few meters away from the walking street. Nights are very quite for great sleep and staff was more than friendly. You even get a free welcome drink with refreshing towel which is a big plus after you arrive by boat! We really liked our 4 day stay and would recommend and book again. More than happy :)

Very good location, step to main beach, customs and main streat. Very helpful and nice staff. Clean rooms, good air conditioning, all facilities OK. Very nice balcon to good view and nice bars. Quit place.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Modern and lots of room. Very good location. My second time at Charming!

Tide was crazily high with lots of debris and rubbish, sandbags at front door exposed so all around looked pretty untidy. Very clean room, lovely staff, no English spoken, wrong time of year for Koh Lipe, not many shops open in the street, rubbish all over the island and only a few hotels open and ready. Motorbikes/sidebars whizz up and down walking street which is narrow, so look have to look out for them constantly. Retailers not friendly as so bored without customers in Sept/Oct. Covids had a huge effect on this beautiful island, won't be coming back for a couple of years unfortunately...all looked very grim!!!

Everything was fine

The room was very small, but the bed was very big. We encountered a terrible problem with sewage bathing. Fortunately, Ctrip promptly followed up and solved the problem for us. There are also staff who get off work at 5pm every day. If you have any questions, it is difficult for you to contact them smoothly.

The hotel is right next to the seaside. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious and bright at this price on the island. It is good and highly recommended.

The location is good. At night there was noise from the bar next door. The staff provided good assistance. The bed is two beds joined together.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The linen and towels are clean, but all other surfaces are dusty and dirty. There are stains and traces of crushed mosquitoes on the walls. The location of the hotel is great, right on Pattaya Beach.
