Great view and waking up to the sunrise is amazing. I would definitely stay again!!

Was told that there were amenities like snorkel gear for free but none avail, not even for rent. No kayaks as well. What’s worse, the room had a cockroach and insects. Towels were stained and toilet reeked of a foul smell. The toilet looks poorly maintained as the hardwares were rusty.

Very pleasant stay

If it weren't for the room with a sea view it would be sadder, it makes up for everything. Friendly staff, beautiful view, very comfortable chairs on the terrace, relatively close to Walking Street and local shops. Of the minuses - well, everything is already getting tired, the general feeling is that it could have been cleaner (don’t look under the bed)

Located on the seaside of Pattaya, the scenery is beautiful, dining and sea view are pleasant and eye-catching. The service is attentive, clean and tidy, and the supplies are complete. The restaurant provides all-day discounts for hotel guests and rich breakfast. Love this hotel very much.

I stayed in a room on the first floor facing the beach, and the view during the day was amazing! At night, the waves were so close that I was scared of coming back. Even in the middle of the night, I could hear the waves coming so close and it was scary. . I thought it might be better to have a room on the second floor facing the beach.

The room is beautiful, clean, spacious, right next to the beach. In the morning you can see the sunrise, very beautiful ❤️

This is a view ********. Sunrise restaurant every morning As of yesterday, it starts at 5:30am and lasts about an hour. It's not difficult to see because it's 7:30 in Korean standard time. Toilet water pressure Byulo/shower water pressure medium/right green water There is no pool/It is inconvenient to eat breakfast in the room/The tables are outside and it is hot.

Staying in the low season, like a lot, few people get a room in front of the beach Lie to the sound of the waves all day and night. Sunrise Beach is suitable for swimming. See the most shallow coral reefs Good accommodation, comfortable bed, wide bathroom, complete cover. Within the resort, there is only a swimming pool and a restaurant on the beach. If there is a price, it will go a long way.

The room has plenty of room for activities, the balcony is spacious, and the landscape is beautiful, but the facilities are insufficient.

I live in Thailand and have travelled for the first time to Koh Lipe and so far as I can say it is a must visit place for anyone. We stayed at the Cabana resort which is located on the beach literally and found it to really good based on local Thai style accommodation. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I have read several comments about no sunbeds for example which is true but you only have to ask and they are provided immediately either on the beach when the sea is out or on the small built up area in front of the room. Next thing was beach towels also provided immediately on asking. I know some people would expect these things to be on hand as is in some of the more expensive hotels but this is a local Thai style resort and life is a little bit more relaxed people who have been in Thailand will understand what I mean. The breakfast is served on your balcony at the time requested which to be fair is a bit of a nice change from hustling in some dining room buffet admittedly it is a bit limited but perfectly ok for us. The location is pretty good and walking out the back to the main street is through the locals which is not at all intimidating or anything to worry about it is how it is and you can really see that the reality is that Thailand in some areas is still kind of third world but not in a bad way. All in all no hesitation to recommend this resort the Hilton or Holiday inn it is not but for us equally as good for many other reasons.

We have mixed feelings with this hotel after a two night stay. Firstly we had a great view of the beach and sea with our side sea view room. It was lovely to have breakfast on the balcony although a little windy so things go cold quickly. The room was nice but nothing special and with warm water when showing rather than hot. We were told someone would meet us when we arrived but no one showed up. The location is noisy as the room we had backed onto where the locals live. They are up very early knocking and banging so we were disturbed both mornings. Also my husband had to ask the security guard to stop knocking nails out of planks of wood right by our balcony, this was about 6am. Would I recommend this hotel - only if money is an issue as it isn’t overly expensive compared to some hotels on the island. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
