The room is clean and the resort is very near to the 7Eleven and Walking Streets, is very convenient. The reception is very friendly too.The only thing that need to improve is the Internet is slow in the room, u may need to online at the lobby for smooth internet.

The best hotel in Koh Lipe, warm welcome, good equipment, delicious and complete breakfast. Good wifi, good bed, quiet. We won't go anywhere else.

Lovely friendly staff and nice hotel. Breakfast was also good. Can’t fault the hotel, but personally wouldn’t want to go back to Koh Lipe. The natural beauty of the island has been damaged by all the tourism, sad to see.

Beds were amazing 🤩 air-conditioning wasn't mentioned but was present and more than adequate. The vibe is right, location perfect for us. A 5 star experience that we have recommended to friends.

What an absolute treat! This place had everything for such a low price. We’ve now stayed at 7 different hotels in our 6 weeks in Thailand and the Ricci house stands out. We’re at a “nice” hotel in Samui and it’s not half what the ricci was. The receptionist was also unforgettable, she was so kind, attentive and went over and above what any of the other receptionists we’ve met had done. Miss you ricci house!

How should I put it? The location is very convenient, but there are not many people living here. It is highly recommended. However, there are still many options on the island at this price. You can try it. It is still worth staying.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located near the local Waukeen street. It's about a five-minute walk to Sun Rise Beach, but I didn't like this beach, there were a lot of boats and biting jellyfish. We went to Pattaya Beach, it took about 10 minutes to walk, but the beach itself was much nicer. The hotel staff met us at the pier and then escorted us out. In general, the staff is very polite; not a single request of ours was left unattended. We lived in a bungalow overlooking the garden, a beautiful view, a terrace with a table and chairs, they thoughtfully installed a tap in front of the entrance to wash your feet and shoes, very convenient. The bed is simply huge, probably two meters wide, the bed linen is clean, high quality, they just piled up on us with towels. The room has everything you need: hairdryer, refrigerator, shampoo, shower gel, etc. I’m thinking about what shortcomings to write, nothing comes to mind, except that the air conditioning is rather weak. Thanks to all the hotel staff, especially the administrator, a polite, friendly girl

The hotel is good and the price/performance ratio is first-class. Although it is not the best in Koh Lipe, it is still very suitable in terms of price/performance ratio. The hotel facilities are relatively old and can still be used.

Overall no complaints. 2 minutes from the sea. They clean up cleanly. Breakfasts are the same, but filling.

The room is clean and tidy. The balcony can be used to dry clothes. The air conditioner is not very powerful and the room is a bit hot. The fan may be designed to make up for the lack of air conditioning. The room faces the street, but the noise level is acceptable
