It's a 3D2N trip to kho lipe. This resort is a bit far from walking street. The rooms are not clean, water pressure is very low, safety box not working. Night light's are turn off during night time. No front desk service after 8pm. The breakfast is average only. Overall I won't recommend this Hotel to anyone 🙁🙁🙁

A big surprise when I came to Koh Lipe was that this hotel covers a "large" area and is in a "very good" location, but the facilities and services are similar to those of domestic "hostels" with one hundred and one nights. The room looked like a "container house", the bathroom looked like a "public bathhouse", the hardware and appliances were worn out, and the room smelled like mothballs. There are no roads or greenery inside the hotel, which can be said to be "shabby". In short, it is "operated in a bad way". We strongly recommend that you don't step on the wrong thing, otherwise it will explode.

It took 1.5 hours to get to Koh Lipe from Koh Muka by speedboat. The pier is a pontoon type, and the hotel staff met us on it and took our things on a cart to the hotel. The walk to the hotel is 300-400 meters in total, you can easily walk there yourself. The location is good. Almost all the houses are positioned so that you can see the sea. There's not much point in taking Sia View. The room is large, we had a second floor with a large balcony. Corresponds to the photo on Trip.com. Breakfast is good. Rice porridge soup, rice, noodles, eggs, sausages, ham, juice, coffee, muesli, toast, vegetables, two types of fruit. The distance to the beach where you see the sunrise is 900 meters, where the sunset is the same. To the north, where the view of neighboring Adang is slightly larger. We walked everywhere. There are many restaurants, but you have to choose. I liked the Chinese two, the duck was just lovely, the grilled fish too. The location of the hotel is convenient - right in front of the hotel due to the presence of corals, there are no boats. There are also restaurants, only the beach and the sea. Swimming at night was great, the water was clear, we didn’t see any nocturnal creatures, like in Egypt. I recommend downloading the tide schedule. The hotel is very good in terms of price-quality ratio.

It's still very good, the room is big, and the equipment is quite complete. The front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me book the ferry and bus tickets to Huai Yai Airport. It felt good.

FUNNY LITTLE HOTEL , ROOMS ARE VERY SPACIOUS WITH BALCONY , WIFI WAS OK , BREAKFAST WAS AVERAGE BUT OK , LOCATION IS RIGHT ON THE MAIN BEACH , BUT ONLY A SHORT WALK TO SUNSET BEACH WHICH IS MORE PEACEFUL , THIS HOTEL WOULD SUIT BOTH COUPLES AND FAMILIES AT ANY AGE , SHORT WALK TO WALKING STREET WHERE THERE ARE PLENTY OF BARS , RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS.

This hotel was rated 3 stars but is really only a 1 star. It’s a glorified backpackers place and should be priced accordingly. The grounds are littered with old boats and debris and uncut grass, termite infested rooms, wild dogs run amok and howl all night, no tv, sporadic Wi-Fi, electric goes off frequently, ac is constant problem and the mgr had the nerve to want 200 bahts / night for extra pillows. I contacted Agoda who I rented through as this was their first property they advertised but they seemed disinterested. There are a lot of nice places to stay on Koh Lipe , this just isn’t one of them. Makes you lose faith in agoda as they are out there promoting this trash. Check out sunrise beach and I think you’ll be happier.

I was super disappointed with the price I paid. It was around 2400 per night. I stayed there for 5 days 4 nights and there was no cleaning service during my stay at all even though I have informed the staff there to clean my room nor have water, toilet paper 🧻, towels provided. I had to bring the towels to the staff in order to get the new ones. It was horrible and the worst stay ever. If you are looking for a place to stay in Koh Lipe there are so many better places. I totally don’t recommend Z-touch lipe island resort at all.

I stayed in March with a friend of mine, the island is beautiful and has a spectacular sea but the resort, a big word and needs to be reviewed, very, too spartan at the reception there is an elderly gentleman who doesn't even speak English, the breakfast is basic and practically non-existent nothing and after breakfast you don't see anyone again until the next day there is no bar nothing, the rooms are very large with king size beds right on the seashore very basic bathroom and very importantly they have no internet connection so equip yourself with a local SIM on the beach there are better ones, much more comfortable also because the deckchairs were made of very hard wood without a mattress. I don't recommend it. The island is very small but there are much nicer resorts.

I'll start by saying that we had booked 8 months before with a sea view, and the only thing I saw was a tree, and immediately after entering the room I complained, but the staff told me that there were no more rooms, It's a shame that after half an hour another couple arrives and coincidentally they assign them a room with a sea view, so I felt really cheated. The room is very dated, unsafe even on the upper floor with a very dangerous staircase, there was no external light, very uncomfortable mattresses and very small beds, very poor cleanliness, barely sufficient breakfast, the only plus point is the beach. but I certainly don't recommend it and wouldn't go back

I booked this hotel, not expecting anything good from it, and the reason for my choice was solely the lack of money for what I really wanted on this beach. I came to Lipa more than once; I, of course, saw the Z-Touch while passing by, but the desire to stay in it never appeared. But, as you know, there is a first time for everything. In general, we were prepared for a bad breakfast, spartan accommodation, uncomplicated service - for a hotel that differs from a shack mainly by the presence of air conditioning. What did you find on closer inspection? The hotel was built about 10 years ago and is clearly not for Europeans. A very large room, really healthy. Agoda lists 38 sq. m - this is the amount minus the toilet and porch/balcony. Equipped with wooden handicraft furniture, TVs are on tables and not nailed tightly to the wall (can be moved), they only show Southeast Asian channels, but you can connect a computer or flash drive and watch your own. This whole design is complemented by a sofa, in style, I would say, office. The beds are basic, can be very hard, but some are very comfortable. We booked the entire villa (two rooms - on the first and second floors). My son stayed upstairs, his bed was great, the sofa was also in good condition. Our mattress was hard, and the sofa on one side was so squashed that once, when I plopped down on it after a shower, I hit the metal fastener right on my tailbone. However! Everything else was basic but worked flawlessly - outlets, power shower, air conditioning, electrical appliances. Next is breakfast. I like it. In fact, on the small Thai islands it is basic in the vast majority of hotels, and the most depressing one in my personal experience was with my neighbors in the four Mali Resort (really terrible, though in the low season), and in Z-Touch it is surprisingly somewhat expanded and good quality. I liked the Thai dishes too. And the breakfast area itself is nice. The main advantage of the hotel is its location and landscaping. You can walk around the area barefoot along paths strewn with sand. From the Sea View bungalow to the delightful coral beach with barely warm sand in the heat - just a couple of tens of meters, from the bungalow you can see the sea through the trees, especially on the second floor. Opposite the hotel there is a recovering coral reef, but to live corals you need to swim further - 100 - 150 meters, there are a lot of fish from the very shore. Another pleasant thing: the hotel organizes a transfer directly to its territory. You can order by correspondence with them, payment is made at their counter in Pakbara in cash. We were given a transfer from the Hat Yai railway by taxi to the pier + boat to Lipe, but other types of transport are available, including minibuses. In general, we went with the idea that we would only sleep in the Z-Touch, but we liked it unrealistically because you feel like you’re in a village. We all regretted that for the second half of our vacation in Lipa we moved to Sunrise to a hotel that we had really liked before. I would give the hotel an “A” for its mood and happy days, but there are objective shortcomings

The photos on any site are the ones before they are sold. It used to be a pretty good hotel, but the land was sold and there was no pool, so it was pushed by the AKIRA group. As the quality deteriorates, so does the service. The receptionist is an old man who can't speak English. I emailed him in English before leaving Japan, but he didn't reply. Towels are not replaced unless you tell them, and of course there is no cleaning. I would say so. . There are no bungalows and there are no rooms with a view of the sea even though it is a beach front. Cut corners in various places? is felt. There seems to have been a restaurant before, but now it only serves a terrible breakfast and is not open day and night. Even my Thai companion said he doesn't stay here anymore.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, any photos with a swimming pool are not of this hotel. Large and clean room, hotel ideally located on the beach, decent breakfast, friendly staff, loan of beach towels, beautiful and large garden. Quiet We stayed in a first room in which the safe and the water heater were broken (cold shower therefore), the bed was broken and the wifi was almost non-existent. The next day we noticed that other guests wanted to change rooms, so we decided to keep it anyway... But after 5 days the air conditioning malfunctioned, so we moved to another room in which there was wifi, a good bed and hot water but….the toilet flush was broken! Which the management is aware of since the water inlet tap was closed. All these repairs to be made are known to management but nothing is done. The burnt out light bulbs in the garden are not replaced or the one at the entrance to the bungalow. I pass over the torn curtains and sofa, the broken or loose tiles... the hotel gives the impression of a major neglect. There are wooden deckchairs available but no mattresses. Beautiful garden with trees and therefore only one or 2 bungalows have a sea view. Of the 2 rooms that we had in the “marine freshness” category the sea was not visible because of the trees.
