A  perfect place to stay. 2 minutes walk to Pattaya beach. Hotel provide free shuttle from hotel to the immigration. A nice hideaway in the garden. Quite from the busy walking street which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel via beach.

Nice small hotel. Good location. Walking distance from immigration office and the main beach of the island. Staff is very friendly, helped us a lot with luggage. Breakfast is freshly cooked every morning individually for every guest.

Very friendly staff and good location just a minute walk to pattaya beach. A bit of stroll to the walking street but it’s not a problem at all when the island itself is tiny enough to literally walk everywhere.

Nice hotel, location near the famous place of Koh Lipe which is the most happening Koh Lipe Walking Street, and also 1 of the nice beach named Pattaya Beach, a lot of restaurants, Cafe and bar along the beach. Hotel staff's service is good, room cleanness is nice, overall is good to stay with the hotel price.

The size of the guest room is small, and the facilities and equipment in the bathroom are a bit old. The hotel is located close to the beach and close to the commercial street. Good afternoon. Good budget hotel with modern rooms, no outdoor showers and no insects in the room. There is a balcony everywhere. The bed and pillows are excellent. Clean linen. Normal towels. The bathroom is clean, it is clear that the hotel is not new - the seams and joints are yellow. But they clean well. One evening out of three there was a sewer smell, the rest of the days it was fine. Instantaneous water heater, the pressure is not Niagara, but it’s okay to wash. Breakfasts are prepared on a menu with several options to choose from. It’s inconvenient that the air conditioner in our room is directly opposite the bed, blowing into our heads. We turned the pillows over where our feet were and it was fine. There are few rooms in the hotel. Calmly. 3 minutes to Pattaya Beach. A good option for those who want to relax on the island, but not sit in a room.

Since I haven't booked any other hotels on the island, I stayed here for one night. The room is not big, but the location is very good.
