Hotel is located next to the highway. The car park is an internal smartpark system. So no need to park in public park area. Breakfast was delivered to your room. Choice of Japanese or Western breakfast. The spa bath was great, large bed and good airco system. Big TV and with great surround sound speakers on the ceiling. Design was modern and refreshing. Staff was friendly. They could have told me that breakfast would be delivered, I did not know this.

It's a very quiet place. It's a little hard to find the way when you get off the station, but if you go through a passageway underground it's very close. The room is very clean and spacious. The shower room is great.

The jacuzzi is very large and there are massage chairs available in the room. Free parking and free drinks in the lobby The room is clean and tidy. The room is larger than the average Japanese hotel😃😄😄

The room was very nice, especially the bathroom! Except that there is no twin room, everything else is very satisfactory. By the way, asking to check out at ten in the morning is not perfect.

The bathroom is large, the room has sufficient air conditioning, complete facilities, and self-parking is convenient.

當天晚上航班延誤，遲了1個多小時起飛，到達關西機場晚了1個多小時，之後很多人排隊過關，又用了1個多小時，到了機場大堂已沒任何交通工具到達神戶，於是通常ctrip與酒店協商，多次協商後，酒店沒有酌情處理， 給了航班資料延誤的證據和通關時排隊的證據 仍不肯給予取消，付了一晚房租卻沒入住白白花了七百多元， 這間酒店完全沒人性化， 完全不會顧及客人的感受，以後也不會入住！！
