We had a great stay at La Suite Kobe Harborland. Great Balcony views. No restaurants for breakfast but Room service breakfast delivery including every morning. Staff was very attentive as is standard in Japan. Rained on the day we left making cabs harder to get and staff pulled out a minivan and drove us to the Shin Kobe station to get our train on time. Enjoyed the restaurant and giant showers. Very close to harbor and short walk from Center street. Enjoyed our stay and great service.

we stayed there for two night over all location and rooms are nice , what we dont like they charged for buffet but they don't have live buffet and
very less choices for dine in the room buffet , which is not acceptable hope they will change them service in short time......

The stay was totally enjoyed as we are celebrating our 5th honeymoon in Kobe this year. The hotel service was brilliant. We've got an upgrade to a larger room with big bath tub by the window which allow perfect view of the Tower. Will come back to stay again soon. Thank you!

Parking is very convenient. The room is large and well-equipped. The bathroom bathtub faces Kobe Tower. The view is amazing. The service is also very good. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in Japan!!! Two bottles of body lotion with a nice smell were given upon check-in, which had a light milky smell. The service attitude was good, English was good, the room was large, socks and gloves were given, and combs and curling irons were provided. The room we originally booked was already very spacious and we could see the Kobe Tower, but we asked for a room facing the Kobe Tower. Although the staff had some difficulty communicating with us, they still listened to our needs patiently. There were many guests that day and almost all rooms were occupied. Advantages:

The night view of Kobe from the room was amazing.
It was nice to be able to enjoy breakfast in the comfort of my room.
