Kettle in the room was spoilt and no water, tea or coffee was given. A bit far from the combini around.

I liked the room. It had a good layout and everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed and pillow were nice, and the internet speed was good. However the desk and everything on it was covered in dust. It's located between the two main train stations, but close to neither. When I checked out, I asked to leave my bags with reception for 2 hours while I went to breakfast, but was told that only guest checking in can check their bags ☹️. I was able to leave them in the lobby, though. There is construction happening right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Long waits for the elevator, which is slow and busy. Potentially, it's a nice hotel. It just needs some improvement to the cleanliness and staff friendliness.

Between Sannomiya et shin Kobe , a good simple room very confortable for a solo traveler

It’s buged friendly hotel with great location. You just can walk for 10min to city center or nearby station. So comfordable and recommended for english speaker cuz the staff is good at english

New and clean place for an affordable stay in Kobe. The place is within walking distance and is located between Shin-Kobe station and Sannomiya station. There is a microwave oven in the room, but no breakfast service. You can buy own foods and warm it, or use the cafe in front of the hotel.

It’s about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, but the route is not complicated and you’ll be there by walking straight on. You can borrow charging cables at the front desk and store your luggage, but the storage time after check-out is only until 12 noon on the same day.

The hygiene is very poor. The bedsheets from the previous guest were not changed and were directly used by the next guest. The most important thing is that there are some disgusting things stuck on the flyers. I reported it to the service desk but it was not changed in time. The reason was that the staff was off work. This is the first time I have encountered such a hotel in many visits to Japan (the hotel facilities are just decorations, and there is no place to plug in electricity)

The location is quite convenient. There is a famous bakery nearby, just a two-minute walk. It takes ten minutes to Sannomiya and ten minutes to Kitano Ijinkan. It is quite comfortable and convenient to drink coffee at the first coffee shop in Japan in the morning. The hygiene and facilities are always stable.

This business trip was very comfortable. The location was good and it was convenient to go anywhere. I think I will use it again in the future. Thank you.

The location is good, not too far from the subway entrance, 10 minutes walk, and Kitano Ijin Street is also quite close, and there are several Wagyu restaurants within 15 minutes walk. There is a self-service laundry next to it that is open 24 hours. The room is relatively small, the hygiene is OK, and it is relatively quiet. 

It was a very good hotel. It is located in Esaka, there are many facilities around and the breakfast was very good. I don't think you will have any trouble with food.
