It was smaller than I expected, but the interior was lovely and cute. The people who helped me were warm and it was a very comfortable and relaxing place. The shop was closed, so I was very satisfied with the lemon cake set service!

The hotel breakfast is really rich, I can't forget their bread! The hotel is British style, but the hotel is very clean and not a bit stale! Like it

It feels like an exquisite villa, with free snacks, and is very close to the attractions.

My husband fell ill on the second night, so we asked them to bring breakfast to our room, which was very helpful. When my husband was resting in the room, I went outside so as not to disturb him, but there was a sofa and reading space in the hotel, so I used them. It was very nice. I would like to stay again.

This is an old hotel famous for its breakfast. The location and service are good. It is within walking distance of Ijinkan and about 15 minutes by taxi from Kobe Port. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Mouriya.

亮點是前台服務非常貼心，包括check out時主動給我們拍了很多張美美的照片以及90度鞠躬迎送等。但是號稱“世界上最好的早餐”，牛皮確實吹大了，看似滿滿一桌，質量遠遠不及半島酒店、六善、華爾道夫、柏悦之類的早餐。酒店房間讓人想起歐洲留學生租住房間的感覺。總之看個人喜好，我可能更喜歡連鎖豪華酒店。（畢竟假期時，這家價格也是小3000的價格，不便宜）

It was wonderful to stay here, to feel the history. The room and the bed are comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and worth higher travel budget.

My girlfriend and I stayed here together. She wanted to have breakfast at Kobe Kitano Hotel, so we planned it from a while ago and decided to go on the middle day of Golden Week. I don't like vegetables, so I don't eat many vegetables at breakfast in other hotels. (At the buffet breakfast) This time at Kobe Kitano Hotel, the vegetables were in juice form, so they didn't feel like vegetables. I ate everything. The yogurt and other dishes were very delicious. My girlfriend also said she wanted to stay again, so I'd like to plan it again.

The hospitality of the hoteliers was wonderful, and I had a comfortable stay. The desserts and chocolates that were delivered to the room included in the plan were more luxurious than I expected, and I was excited! Of course, they tasted great! Personally, I was happy with the dessert that was full of strawberries. The world's best breakfast that I was looking forward to was out of the ordinary, and I was excited even before I ate it. The fact that the ingredients were not special made it easier to relax, but everything was delicious and I was very impressed. I would like to return next year!

I stayed here on a girls' trip. The room was based on green, and I was excited by the luxurious interior that evoked the image of medieval Europe! I was also very happy that the amenities were Clarins. For breakfast, we were taken to Kitano Terrace by shuttle bus and enjoyed it while overlooking the cityscape of Kobe. Everything was really delicious, and I was especially surprised by the tapioca, which I had never tried before. At the end, the chef came to talk to us and told us about his commitment to quality, which was also great. For room service, we received lemon cake, confiture, baked goods, etc. This lemon cake was so delicious... It was my first time to be impressed by lemon cake. I think this moist texture and elegant sweetness are one of a kind! I heard that it can also be purchased at the boutique opposite the hotel, but I didn't buy it this time, so I will definitely buy it the next time I visit! Thanks to the hospitality-filled service, I was able to spend a comfortable time at the hotel. Thank you for the best hotel stay!

This was my second time staying at Kobe Kitano Hotel, and I was able to spend a comfortable time from check-in to check-out. Previously, it was about a 15-minute walk, so I didn't think it was that far, but it was up a slope, so this time I took a taxi (from JR Sannomiya) for 900 yen, and on the way back I took the city bus (110 yen from the bus stop in front of the hotel) which runs approximately every 10 minutes to JR Sannomiya. The hotel is located in a place where public transportation is easily accessible from the nearest station. The bed was comfortable, but the height of the bed was a little high for me, who was born in the Showa era. (Although it may not be a problem for people from overseas or Gen Z...)

The claw-footed bath was really cute, and the atmosphere of the room was also great. Unfortunately, the weather was bad at breakfast and we couldn't see the view... Still, the croissants were the best of the breakfast breads. They were crispy and had a strong flavor. We ordered cake and had it in our room. There were lots of strawberries and we were very satisfied. I think all the rooms are lovely. I'd like to relax in a room I haven't stayed in before. The cookies in the shop were also delicious. I hope the weather will be good next time so we can eat while looking at the view. Thank you for a wonderful time.
