good location for cruise port. just 5 min monorail transit ride to Kobe Port Terminal. hotel is older and has lawson convenient store nearby. good for short stay. location in city conference area of Kobe and close to Kobe airport.

Room is spacious and located in strategic location for Kobe travellers. But the aircond doesn't work properly. Hotel gowns and amenities were not properly informed and provided. Never again.

I stayed here for two nights to spend the New Year holidays with my family. They served toshikoshi soba noodles on New Year's Eve, which were delicious. The breakfast on New Year's Day included black beans and osechi dishes, so I really got into the New Year's mood. If you become a member, you can get a one-hour late check-out for free. I was glad that I could take my time checking out on New Year's Day. I'd like to stay here again next year for New Year's Eve.

Very good. I had to go to Kobe Airport to catch a flight early the next morning. I didn't know if I had enough time to take the subway. I went to the front desk to ask the staff, and they were very patient and polite to help me find out. I am very grateful. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Hotels in Japan are small and old. The hotel service is still very good, but the bed in the hotel room is indeed a bit small. We chose this hotel mainly because it is close to the place we are going to inspect and meets the company's travel standards. We will choose it again next time.

It was New Year's at the hotel entrance, so there was celebratory sake which was lovely.

Because we had an early flight, we couldn't get a taxi. The front desk took us to find out the subway route. It was actually very close. It was also very convenient to take the subway to the airport. They also taught us how to buy tickets. I was really touched. Thank you very much

The building is old and old, but the refrigerator is unique. A system that does not put unnecessary amenities in the room and entrusts the necessary items to the guests. I was able to stay at a reasonable rate. The bath and toilet are separate, the room is spacious, and I was able to spend a comfortable time doing my daily stretches. There is a Lawson nearby, but it was difficult to find a restaurant.

The building itself feels a little old, but the bathroom is separate from the toilet, and I was impressed that there was a bathtub where I, who am 182cm tall, could stretch my legs out. I stayed in a twin room by myself, and was able to rest comfortably. I stayed here the night before the Kobe Marathon, and thanks to the late check-out at 2pm, I was able to take a leisurely bath after finishing the race before heading home. It's far from the city centre, but that makes it quieter.

Just right! The pudding at the morning buffet was delicious!

This is my first time staying in such an old hotel.

The facilities are a little old-fashioned (no card keys, etc.), but the room was spacious and the bath had a separate washing area, which was nice. The breakfast had a wide variety considering the space, and I was glad to be able to try a variety of foods from Hyogo Prefecture. It was also close to the Port Liner station, so I felt safe even if I arrived at Kobe Airport in the middle of the night.
