Good staffs, big and clean room, and location is not bad. Shopping mall is near. Overall is very good.

Good service Clean room But quite small All as expected

the location was perfect for a conference I had at KCUFS. the first room smelled like smoke but we moved to another one that was fine. The hotel reminded me of Vegas Tropicana. Surrounding area was very convenient for what I needed. Beds were hard but otherwise everything was fine. thank you.

The hotel is very close to the station, and the location is far from the centre of Kobe. Moreover, the hotel‘s facilities are also a little old, but the restaurant upstairs has a good view and the food is delicious.

The location was really good, there’s a mall right beside the hotel with various food options, it was great specially during the winter to avoid long walks in the cold, my only dislike was the smell in the room, ir had a strong like old smell.

I've stayed here a few times and it's always been great. This time the room was a little larger than usual, so I was able to relax even more. I'll stay again.

I've stayed here before, and the area around Seishin Chuo Station has been renovated, so I was able to enjoy it. The hotel room and bathtub were spacious and nice. I think if the lighting in the room was a little brighter, I would spend more time in the room.

The front desk service is very good and hardworking. There is a little smell in the room, which should be the smell of moisture, but after turning on the air conditioner, it doesn't smell that much. After the water is drained from the bathtub, there will be a little bit of black floating matter, so I don't dare to take a bath haha , not great overall. In addition, the breakfast is very Japanese, but the food is not very delicious and needs to be improved.

The room is small, but can hold two small suitcases. There is a free beverage machine next to the lobby. There is a McDonald's downstairs. It is close to the station and quite convenient.

It was a very good hotel. I stayed here with my daughter to watch a baseball game. The front desk staff welcomed us with a big smile and we were very impressed. The upgraded room was beautiful, spacious and wonderful. I think it's about 15 minutes by train to Hotto Motto Stadium (I don't know the exact time...) Considering how crowded the parking lot is after the game, I think it was really good. I'd like to use it again next year.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are huge. It's right in Sannomiya Station, easy to find, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Will continue to stay here next time.

Although we stayed here by mistake (originally booked a hotel in Sannomiya), it felt good. We arrived at the hotel early and could only store our luggage. When we came back from the trip, our luggage was already stored. It was very cozy. The room for three people was less than 700, which was very cost-effective. It takes half an hour by tram to get to the city center.

I was a little worried because the price was so low, but it was just like booking on a regular site. The guide was smooth and they even upgraded my room for me. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Parking costs $800 Yen per day, and you can take the elevator directly to the hotel from the underground parking lot. There is Plenty shopping mall nearby, with supermarkets and many restaurants.
