Nice and comfortable. easy to reach near by areas. Vintage British-style hotel with BIG bathroom space and all good amenities.

We were so pleased to stay this hotel. We enjoyed the cookies and coffee provided. Amnesties provided in the bathroom were excellent. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Overall, well kept and looked after. We would definitely stay again when we visit Kobe.

Carpet did seem a little dirty, bed was making sounds whenever there’s movements but for the price acceptable

After staying for two nights, we were familiar with the area. There is a convenience store, Seven i, opposite the hotel. We can have breakfast in the store, which is very convenient. The room is compact. There are two single beds, and after the sofa bed is opened as a bed, there is no room for suitcases in the room. We spread the suitcases in the aisle at the door and in the bathroom (the bathroom is very large). The sanitation is good, the curtains have good blackout effect, and it is quiet at night. We slept well for two nights. The front desk is very enthusiastic and smiling, but the smile will freeze instantly when hearing English, as if facing a great enemy, and listen to you very attentively, which is very funny. It is best not to tell them too complicated things in English. The only drawback is that the quilt is thicker, a standard quilt, and it is impossible to cover it in the summer. We turned down the air conditioner and slept directly in their pajamas.
