Food is very good, room is big enough, but a bit walk to the town centre, and they have free ramen from 9-10:30 It’s really tasty. Overall it’s great and price are reasonable

This is an old onsen hotel, while it is clean, the facilities are aged. Onsen is indoor, if you think of having a nice relaxing onsen bath with good environment, this is not your place. It just provided you with soaking in hot natural spring, that's all. If you can't speak Japanese, avoid this hotel. There is an English spoken staff at reception but she is not there often. At time of visit, 17/4/24, temp is turning warm in day hours, centralized air conditioning was still under heater mode until 25/4/2024, the room was very hot although outside temperature was about 22-24C and we opened all windows. They had provided us a mobile fan that we turned it on even at night with outside temperature about 12-17C because ventilation was not good. The Tatami beds are just 2 layers of mattress of 1 inch each. Shuttle bus service from hotel to bus station can only be provided during check in and check out. Dinner in Kaiseki style was good, but portion was small. Service was very good. I saw other tables are served with different variety of food, but there were no options for us to choose during hotel booking. Breakfast spread was below expectation, I can't understand why many reviews commented good breakfast variety. Hotel also provide Fukata for free to wear at hotel, which is a very good experience to us. Anyway, when this review is posted, the hotel will just response with "thank you, noted" as standard response, as you may observe in other reviews.

The room is very small, and no bathroom. The food is a bit disappointing.

The overall experience was very pleasant. Environment was nice. Staffs were helpful and easy to communicate. Lots of parking space. Dinner and breakfast were nice. The onsen were also nice. We will definitely coming back.

It's a very old hotel. I called the hotel to pick me up. There was a car at the subway entrance. I quickly asked the old driver to pick me up. The room has a toilet and washbasin. The bathroom and hot spring are together. There is no open-air hot spring, which is a pity. Breakfast and dinner are both OK. The taste is what I like, not too salty. There is a midnight snack in the lobby at night. A small bowl of ramen is just the right amount for a hot spring bath. It was closed at 10:30. The hotel's canteen is really good to buy. It's cute and cheap. I found that my period came before checking out in the morning. Sanitary napkins were provided. It's great. There are also clothes for sale in the hotel lobby. Hahahaha, cheaper than in Kobe city, but the styles are a bit old.

I booked two rooms in total, which I have reviewed in another article. It is a nice hotel. By the way, the hotel is very close to the Arima Onsen Cable Car Station, about a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient to take a walk after checking out the next day, but it is a bit scary at night.

The hotel pick-up was canceled because the driver was off work due to heavy rain, so we had to get a taxi in the rain. Fortunately, we called Ctrip customer service and the lady actively and properly solved our urgent problem. Like 👍

The room is quite spacious and can accommodate 2 suitcases. There is only a car to pick up and deliver it to Hankyu Station. If you want to put down your luggage and want to walk outside, you have to use your legs. It's about 15 minutes away from the pedestrian street. The price for 1 hotel room and 2 meals is quite cheap.

I really like the Japanese style room!! However, there were no shower facilities at all, so I washed in the large public bath. Kaiseki is so-so, but the portion size is a bit disappointing. It's better because the breakfast is buffet style! The room was spacious and nice, but the shower was disappointing. The large public bathhouse hot spring was good, but the facilities were a bit outdated. The location is much closer to the cable car. It's a short walk from Arima Onsen Station. If you get tired, call the shuttle.
