Very nice hotel with warm hospitality.

I'm so satisfied. There are both gold and silver soups. Although the facilities are relatively old, they are quite clean and there are very few people. I went there twice and no one could compare to the private soup treatment. The waiter gave various explanations in detail and patiently explained various things. The problem is that the heating in the room is really strong and even gets hot. I ordered a Japanese breakfast and the aunt set the table and explained how to eat it and let me eat it while it was hot. The room is really not small, and the Japanese style is very interesting. You can smoke in the room, and you can store your luggage at the front desk. One night at Arima Onsen is enough, and 2 nights is enough if you like to soak. The price/performance ratio here is very high.

The hotel is located in the hot spring town. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the Hanshin Electric Express Bus. The hotel has a long history, but the sanitary conditions are good and everything is available. The hot springs have golden hot springs and open-air baths, which are very comfortable! I didn’t order a meal, but there are also snack restaurants outside. The front desk staff are all Japanese, but they can understand the rules in the store through a translator. Special thanks to a male employee in the store who helped reinstall the wheels that fell off the suitcase, which made it a lot easier! The old lady who made the bed and received us was very kind and nice! The hotel in Arima Onsen is a bit expensive, but it’s worth visiting a famous place during the autumn leaves season👍

The attitude of the waiters is very good, and they carefully introduce the place and food, as well as the hot spring facilities. However, the quality of food for one meal and two meals can be improved. Among them, there are only three pieces of beef in sukiyaki, and the quality of the meat is not good enough.

all the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The thing i did notice is worn out carpet in the hallways. Aside from that, the facilities were excellent. Room was well kept and clean, there were way more items provided than i needed for sleeping and in room amenities.
