Arriving at night, you'll need to walk for around 10 minutes from the train station to reach the hotel. They offer a free ride to the station only after check-out, so if you want to explore the area before leaving, you'll need to store your luggage at the station. The hotel is overall very nice, comfortable, and offers a substantial breakfast.

The onsen is small and nothing special. However, we were able to see someone(naked) in the onsen The dinner wasn't as good as we expected. The breakfast is excellent.

Oriental style hotel. Not too far from the subway station. Very clean. Only 3 rooms on each floor. Medium size hotel. We like the size for an oriental experience. Shared 金湯 and 銀湯 onsen on the 2nd floor.

Great service and great food I had a pleasant stay at the ryokan.

zen japanese interior design, loved every corner of the hotel you wont be able to see many of the other guests who are staying at the hotel as they separate the time you dine/had breakfast and the dining room is all separated spacious room and very friendly staff!

Small onsen pond, not very big, good service hotel, quiet, walk from Tourist information, walk up a small hill, secretly tiring. Overall ok, but I'd like to think about it first if I want to come back again. Want to go to other places? Inside the room is clean. There is a Nespresso coffee maker as well.

It is not an exaggeration to say that this is the best hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast set meal is warm and cozy, and there is a private bath and 24-hour hot spring service. There are only dozens of rooms in total, which can be said to be the ceiling of hot spring hotels.

It felt very good. Not many people took hot spring baths at night. The breakfast was very delicate and healthy. It was much better than it looked. The matcha candy provided by the hotel was very delicious.

A five-star experience, the service is super good, and you can soak in the gold and silver soup for free. The room is beautiful, the staff is very polite, and they assisted us 10 times. Except for the distance, there is also a shuttle bus service, and everything else is very good.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Before the car was parked, the hotel staff was already in front of us. Maybe because there were stairs, he helped us carry our luggage up. Then we handed over the car keys and asked him to help us park the car. Then we went up to check-in easily, and there were matcha or sencha for us to choose from, as well as a pastry. We arranged our dinner and breakfast time, and the staff personally introduced the hotel's facilities and precautions. .  The Japanese-style room is nice and comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet are a bit small. However, the hotel has gold and silver baths, so basically you don't need to use the same bathroom. Ginyu is an open-air bath, while Jinyu is indoors. It took an hour to finish dinner, and I was very satisfied. Morning food is soy milk breakfast with rice. Overall, the price is really good value for money, and the service is super good, so good that I feel a little embarrassed 🙈

It was a very comfortable stay, not only in the flow of the room, but also in the details such as amenities and furniture. The host was very courteous and I felt a calm atmosphere, so I would like to stay there again.

Some employees are severely discriminatory. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel and was refused to store my luggage, call a taxi on my behalf, and asked me "do we have to". The middle-aged waitress had a very bad attitude. The stored luggage was left at the door and no one cared about it. The room and food were good, and the last older female employee/boss was also nice.

It’s the end of the year, and I finally have the opportunity to spend New Year’s Eve in Japan with my family. The first stop was to come to this hot spring hotel to experience Arima Hot Spring, one of the three major hot springs in Japan. After arriving from Kansai Airport, we made an appointment to be picked up directly from the hotel. After a long day of work, we took a dip in the golden soup to relieve our fatigue. The hotel is located on a slope. Unlike traditional group hotels, this one is somewhere between a hotel and a B&B. In the front desk space, you can rest in the sofa area, eat some snacks, and order a cup of matcha or sencha to taste. The waiter will help you check in to the room. We booked two deluxe rooms with unique tatami mats. It was the first time we experienced sleeping like this. It was really comfortable. I even rate this hotel's sleep quality better than the hotel's private bath. The hotel's private hot springs are actually not big. One is the gold soup and the other is the silver soup. My family basically took over the service. Breakfast is a very simple set meal. Rice, side dishes, grilled salmon, tamagoyaki and miso soup. Although it is not much, it is still very filling. No wonder Japanese people are not fat. I highly recommend this hot spring hotel for a family to experience for one night. It is slightly expensive but worth the experience.

I had a relaxing time at this very calm inn. The customer service was also kind and satisfying. The food was delicious and I would like to use it again!
