The front desk staff was very nice. Because my mobile phone couldn't connect to the hotel network, they directly helped me install a wifi machine in the room. It's just that the location of the hotel is quite remote, it takes about 20 minutes to drive from Hyogo.

If you just want to sleep, it's relatively cheap and recommended. It's fine for friends or people traveling alone, but if you're a couple, I recommend a separate room.

The room is too small and a bit depressing. There are few facilities in the room. There is only one chair and refrigerator. There is no water cup or comb. You can borrow a water boiler from the front desk. The service attitude of the front desk is good. The wifi is stable, but the TV in the room is snowy.

It's a little far from the central Shin-Kobe Station and Sannomiya, but JR Hyogo Station is nearby. BE KOBE is within walking distance. I'm personally satisfied because it's a quiet neighborhood so there's not much noise. However, the employee who appears to be the owner only speaks Japanese, so communication is difficult. I was staying alone and they gave me a twin room. It was a total deal.

It takes about 15 minutes on foot from the nearby station. I am allergic to dust, so thank you for understanding and cleaning it thoroughly. It's great for those who walk because there are a lot of facilities nearby.

The service was good and I had a comfortable stay.

Trilingual service, quiet community, suitable for tourists whose sleep quality is not ideal. Close to the municipal subway station.

部屋は思ったよりも広く、必要なものは揃っていました。三宮から地下鉄で10分かからず、最寄り駅からも10分程なので、お値打ちでした。朝食の提供はありませんが、ロビーに飲食スペースがあり、電子レンジと電気ポットが使えます。イオンモール閉店後、開いている飲食店はほとんどないので、夜間に到着の場合は注意が必要です。コンビニは駅前に一軒、ホテルから少し歩いたところに一軒ありました。昼は中央市場場外の飲食店が開いています。海鮮丼が美味しかったです。フロントに人がいるのは9:00から24:00までのみです。
