What an enjoyable trip in this hotel! Love it’s onsen and the lounge on the onsen floor. Also went hiking in the 六甲山 area.

Was here for work on a short trip. Staff are very kind and the rooms were clean. They also have a family mart attached to the building next door so it was convenient to get a nibble. There's a direct shuttle bus to downtown sannomiya so that was really nice as well. would recommend.

It's directly accessible from the station, the rooms are spacious, and amenities are provided in the room, so you don't need to bring anything from your room to the hot springs - towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleansing facial wash, lotion, milky lotion, treatment, cotton swabs, combs, etc.! The hot springs were quite hot, while the cold water bath was lukewarm.

The room is not small by Japanese standards, and the twin room has a sofa bed that can accommodate three people sleeping separately. The hotel also provides hot spring tickets, which is nice to soak in, but I think it should be a large bath. You must go to Kobe Animal Kingdom, which is really interesting, and have a meal of Kobe beef, which is perfect.

I really like this hotel. Apart from being on an artificial island and the traffic is slightly unchanged, I sincerely recommend that you choose Sheraton if you go to Kobe. You won't go wrong. On the second day of the three-day holiday in Japan, it feels that the rooms are basically full. The breakfast is still replenished in time during peak hours, and the waiter will always ask if there is anything you need help with. The Hama Izumi on the third floor is simply great. It is also very comfortable to take a bath outdoors on this day. It is very good.

The hotel is relatively close to Mount Rokushin, on an island a little away from the main city. There are not many attractions around. I bought a pass to Himeji Castle, and I need to buy a separate subway ticket for the round trip between the hotel and the main city. A decent five-star hotel, the sea view is blocked in front and not much can be seen, and the breakfast is rich in variety

Facilities: The facilities are very complete and the stay experience is very good. I hope I will have a chance to go there next time I come to guard. The only drawback is that it is a little far from Sannomiya, but the scenery of Kobe seaside is really charming.

It was a wonderful hotel ♡ It's directly connected to the station, so it's only a one-minute walk from the ticket gate. From the rooms you can see Mt. Rokko and the Kobe cityscape, and you can enjoy the view from day to night. The sparkling night view is especially amazing!

The location is a bit remote, on another artificial island, and you have to transfer to the special railway line in the city center every day. Although it is not very far, it is more troublesome to carry things. If you take a taxi from the city center, it will cost about 4,000 yen. The most annoying thing is the air conditioning. The hotel sets a minimum temperature. I was sweating until midnight when I slept. After checking with the front desk, I found out that the temperature of the air conditioner was set at a limit. As a result, a fan was brought to us. Directly affects sleep quality. In addition, there seems to be only one English-speaking waiter in the entire hotel.

The hotel is a bit old, but the service is still first-class, the breakfast is very rich, there is a direct bus to Sannomiya Station, the second floor is directly connected to the subway, the transportation is quite convenient, and you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Kobe. It is recommended.

The bar on the club floor might be more convenient if it was open a little later, but the service was good, and it was nice that parking was free.
