Hotel has a good location just a stone's throw from the famous Kobe Port Tower. Only the style, equipment and furniture are old. In addition, the hotel overlooks a highway on one side, which creates terrible noise for light sleepers like me.

The onsen was great. The room was too small for 3 people though.

The hot springs were great. I didn't have a morning bath because I was running the Rokko Trail Run, but I'm looking forward to taking a morning bath next time I run the Kobe Marathon. The breakfast buffet was also great.

This is the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Japan. I was a little worried when I saw the ratings when booking. The room is large and it is right next to Kobe Tower, Meriken Park and the port. It is not far from the commercial district and Sannomiya Station. The front desk staff is especially nice. There are many locals staying here.
