The hotel is very good and the people are very hospitable.I really enjoyed staying there and I recommend for this to my other international friends.aas a bangladesh guy they warmly welcome me and give me great service .

The towel no clean

Location is in a busy area. So many shops around. Foul smell in toilet. No hot water. Hot water is from solar panel and it was a rainy day. Just one torn towel was given. Gave two more after complaining. No kettle in the room. Had to leave the hotel early morning without tea and bath. Room air conditioner was not cooling

The property is near kalamassery metro. An average property with small room. We booked suite room. Low standard room which is not spacious. Low height ceiling, bad smell in bathroom. No coffee maker in room eve though it’s a suite room. No restaurant in-house. Close to a slutter house which is visible from room and can hear cutting voice from room windows, very bad experience on a decent payment, not advisable for family trip to this property

The stay was nice, clean and undisturbed. The location was good as it's really near to metro station and a lot of restaurants for a wide variety of appetites. The service was nice and warm.
