Good clean room. No view from the window (just 1.5m to another building wall). A little big dark inside. Slow internet. The location is perfect. 2-3 min walk to old city center. Helpful staff.

Location was excellent but they don’t provide breakfast everything is nearby almost all the tourist attractions so it’s a good choice

Spacious room, property looks bright and heritage feel but need some maintenence over rooms and facility. Food is providing by separate roof top restaurants by shisha.

The stay at hotel bright heritage was average. Rooms were clean. On the downside, no towels were provided for two guests, no kettle or a provision for boiling water was present. The receptionist was demanding check-out time was 11am on 19-01-2024, even though at the time of booking and in the hotel room instructions it was 12 noon. Very bad attitude at the reception at the time of check-out.

The room was neat & spacious, and the staff were friendly. But we didn't like the ac in the room it was too noisy, and we couldn't even sleep in the night.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay in the city.
