1. This hotel is in middle of forest and view in morning is totally mesmerizing. It is not a building but cottage with AC and private pool which makes your stay pure luxury 2. Rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms Have Showers And Complimentary Toiletries. 3. It is situated in close proximity of scenic river bank makes it one of the best hotel. 4. Food taste is good and you can take complimentary breakfast. Since it is bit remote, your network may not work and you have to rely on wifi. They close the dining by 10:30 as staff have to reach home. 5. Reaching hotel is tough if you are not travelling by private car 6. Service is good and fast. 7. Raja Seat is 30 km from Sixth Element, while Abbi Falls is 37 km from the property. The nearest airport is Kannur International Airport, 91 km from the accommodation.

Toiletries in room are mostly not provided, you have to call and ask for most of the things indicating that they are in a cost cutting mode. Breakfast spread is quite limited and mostly cold; since the live counter is not visible, you have to ask for things and it does take time.. Chef did not know how to make simple butter chicken. We asked to make it again but without access. Room was clean and so was the linen, but the wooden parts are worn out. No amenities around the resort to boast of, though the surroundings are pretty. Overall, we felt that the willingness to delight or serve isn't there. So at best, avoidable at this price point..

This property should not be titled a luxury resort because it certainly isn’t one. We were there over this long weekend with children and were quite surprised with the reviews we had read before. The good thing first - the beds are very comfortable and the Villa was clean. However for the price you pay, one expected more. It is a construction site with a row of villas being constructed 2 metres from the guest villas. There are absolutely NO facilities - not even a common area to sit and relax and enjoy the lovely nature. There is no view from the villas - you could be anywhere as there is no outdoor seating really. The plunge pool is nice but very small and it would be better to have outdoor seating. The view from the one shack by the river is where they dump the garbage. The other stack is full of broken furniture. There is a children’s playground but it was unusable as the grass was not mowed. To make it worse, they make a big deal on the website of all the activities but there are none. We requested several times, before arrival as well as after we hit there to organise a plantation tour but no one ever got back to us. Not worth the money they charge. The restaurant is nice but a far cry from ‘fine dining’ as advertised on the website ( and was stacked with unopened chairs on all sides when we were there)

Wild, peaceful and nice property for a weekend stay. The villas are nicely built with a small private pool. Harvester restaurant was the best part of the stay. Their food and most of the things we tried on the menu were delicious and I was surprised to relish some great mexican tacos in a Coorg Jungle. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our special requests

The place is under development and none of the facilities are there except for the basic dinning abilities. Most parts are water logged so the only option is to stay within the room or food place. No activities. There were some like harvesting etc that was said but did not get any of them. The room is pleasant, well maintained. The private pool is smaller ( say 10ft x 7ft approx with 5 ft deep ) compared to other places that I have stayed in coorg. Food was average and with limited choices. I guess it might take a couple of years for them to complete completion and amenities to justify the cost. For now, it is overpriced.

The stay is not at all worth the price that they charge. Claiming themselves as a luxury hotel, but there is nothing much to do in this hotel except the private pool that they have. The lights are too dim in the rooms. They do not have any indoor games or club house facility. Restaurant does not serve half of the dishes available in the menu stating the tandoor facility not working. The dishes were not cleared till next day morning for in room service ordered and just kept by the staff in the small lawn next to the room. Will not recommend the hotel.

Bad restaurant and reception. Dont pick calls. When you order food, they will say doesn’t receive your order even after reminding three times. A usual reply of Sorry, we have not taken order even if it’s repeated three times. If you want to spoil your outing pl book
