This is not our first time staying at this hotel. We like the location, everything is close by, the sea is clean and the beach is sandy, the area is green and beautiful, the water park is a plus. The hotel is quite new, the rooms are simple but fresh.
Cons:
No elevator in the hotel
The breakfast is terrible, although it says very good breakfast.
The cleaning in the rooms is so-so.. sand remains, they forget about water and the number of towels.
The biggest minus is the service 🤦♀️
Especially in the restaurant. The first time we stayed, everything was great. Now it seems like the staff has changed. The staff practically does not speak English, no one understands anything. Very slow service. The restaurant is expensive and not tasty, this is a big disappointment.

I liked the hotel very much! Beautiful, new, great pools, very clean and lots of greenery. Four of us lived in 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the pool, our request for check-in was taken into account. In the reviews they wrote that the floor in the room was concrete, but we had laminate. Cleaning every day, the bed linen was changed every other day. The only minus is that the floors were not washed, only swept. But overall this is not a problem. Breakfasts are not bad, there is plenty to choose from. The water park is tolerable, but I am not a fan, I took it because of the children (teenagers), they rode. One of the slides was damaged and was closed, in front of us it was dismantled and another was installed. We went swimming in the sea near the second hotel of this chain Paradise resort, the beach is clean, everything is great! I want to return again to this paradise!
