Amari Koh Samui

I booked two days to try it out. The experience was very good, so I stayed for two more days. The service was very good every day. The breakfast was also very rich and I couldn't eat it all. The front desk English service was very good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amari Samui and was very pleased with my stay. Here are my comments on the hotel: 1. **Excellent Location:** Amari Samui is located in a great location on Koh Samui, overlooking the beautiful Chaweng Beach. Whether it is watching the sunrise and sunset or strolling on the beach, it makes people feel peaceful and relaxed. 2. **Excellent Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are very complete, including spacious and comfortable rooms, multiple swimming pools, gymnasium and spa. I especially like the hotel's beach pool, where you can swim while enjoying the sea view. 3. **Warm and thoughtful service:** The hotel staff always treats guests with a smile and a warm attitude, making people feel at home. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, I feel their professionalism and care. 4. **Rich food options:** The hotel's restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, including local specialties and international cuisine. I tasted many delicious Thai dishes here, and every dish was satisfactory. 5. **Beautiful Environment:** The environment of Amari Samui is beautiful, with green trees and flowers, making people feel comfortable and relaxed. Whether it is enjoying the garden view from the room or enjoying the food in the restaurant, it is refreshing. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Amari Samui. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for a pleasant and memorable vacation in Koh Samui.

I was fooled by the five-diamond rating of this hotel. It was a very bad experience. The facilities were old, the sanitary conditions were very poor, and the quilt was torn and dirty, making it difficult to sleep. See the photos for details. I don't understand how Ctrip gave it five diamonds.

A very nice hotel with excellent service, rich breakfast and a great beach. The only drawback is that the room we stayed in is separated by a road from the lobby, restaurant, beach and other functional areas, but it does not affect our stay.
