The location was great considering it is only 20 mins from the airport and near the famous Bo Phut/Fisherman's shopping street (walking distance). However, the whole stay experience was average. We were given the ground floor having paid the more expensive price for the sea view. The heater wasn't functioning on the first day (they later fixed it). There were mosquitoes inside the room which I had quite a few bites from them on my face. The room's lighting was quite dark. The layout is not to my liking (there is no door to the bathroom, so the aircon temp affects the bathroom). The cleaner did not change our bathroom floor mat for 3 nights, and the cleaner only changed our bath towels once (we stayed for 3 nights). Overall, it was not satisfactory considering the price we paid and this is actually a 5-star hotel.

Not far from Chaweng Beach, it takes only ten minutes to get there by taxi without traffic jams. The hotel is a 14-year-old five-star hotel, and most locals know it. The facilities are relatively simple, but the maintenance is OK and clean. The price is quite reasonable. The breakfast is varied. The infinity pool is large. Disadvantages: The air conditioner is loud, but turn it on before going to bed and turn it off when sleeping. The pipes in the next room make a loud noise whenever water is used. Fortunately, I am very tired from going out to sea every day, and I fall asleep as soon as I come back. I wear earplugs, which can basically resist it.
