When we arrived on site, we didn't get the room we had booked without any notice. Without jacuzzi and without sea view. No apology or action from the staff even after contacting the manager. We were offered a free breakfast, but we waited an hour due to staff shortages and the selection was limited. Towels were dirty and so were the bed linen. The bathroom wasn't clean either. To date I have not received a response from the hotel manager to my complaint email.

The hotel is tired. We stayed in a large villa with a pool. The pool is very dirty and the water is very chlorinated. Swimming in it is unpleasant. The reception staff is not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel.

The swimming pool is nice however we booked a room with an outdoor jacuzzi but we were not able to take advantage of it because it was not turned on and not clean and when we made our complaint they turned it on but they did not. have not cleaned
The room service is bogus because you had to ask for a change of towels
The staff is not friendly and not smiling at all, we feel like we are pissing them off
Breakfast a disaster because a very limited choice

The hotel is in a great location next to the beach and just off the road with loads of bars/restaurants. However, the hotel is far more run down than the pictures show.

There are no questions about the location, the first line.
Breakfast is meager, with a choice of two sets, the taste of the dishes differs from cook to cook.
We took a villa with a jacuzzi (VIP 1): there is a shared jacuzzi for 5 villas. In 2 weeks they removed it 3 times. In fact, none of the guests used this extra option when choosing a place to stay. The villa is spacious, great for a family. Two separate toilets with showers. The glass in the cabins was washed for the last time, apparently for photography; at the time of arrival there was a decent layer of lime, which no one tried to wash. Setting up the water for a comfortable shower is a separate quest; there is no setting as such: either ice or boiling water. In principle, they were cleaned quite well, except for the fact that on one Sunday none of the staff was at work and all the villas were not cleaned. Linen is changed upon request.

The houses are very close together and the fact that the small pool is on the path is a bit inconvenient. The staff is very friendly and happy to fulfill customer requests.

The hotel is quite lacking in parking. But the room and the price are considered okay. but would like to have a barrier between the private pool and the walkway The villa is not very private. Inside the room is wide compared to the price, considered very good.
