Some staff were good, some were unhappy. The Muslim woman I had a massage with at the spa was very nice. I was pleased with both the massage and the service. But when it comes to the hotel, I am not very satisfied. I won't stay again.

The pool room is not bad. The price of four to five hundred and one nights in peak season feels quite low. If you are on vacation by the sea, it is not recommended, after all, you are not near the sea.

The hotel is a bit away from the action, but perfectly located between the beaches of Chaweng and Chaweng Noi. Rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly, overall very good for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Very family friendly
