We book sea view and balcony is nice you can take view sea and have space wide balcony for chilling not expensive just 900฿ have air-conditioned and fan nice views and balcony is ferfect, is good choice for save money about cleanliness not bad material in room it form wood have smell abit . Notice -The location is not clear if you follow goolgle map if you see eden hotel majestic it behind -should rent bike not good choice for walk at night -if want to check in have to wait 10-20 in they don't have formal reception or try call number in websit is better more than wait

Not a bad place but there are no amenities like water… Price is affordable… Maybe I can stay there again but not sure.

A good stay for a few days, unfortunately there were a few small issues with AC during our stay, but otherwise a great stay. Thank you

Nice sunset view from our balcony and also from the terrace which can be used by anyone who stays here. Be aware it is a steep and narrow way up. If you plan on going around with your scooter and it's your first time on a scooter I wouldn't recommend it. In fact I wouldn't recommend to drive around this island if you're not comfortable on a scooter. The room was small but nice and cosy with practical amenities, like fridge, kettle and sandwich machine. The employees are kind and friendly. Room service can be done everyday if you want. They give complimentary water bottles.

Please read the reviews! I read them after the booking. I realized this was far from the dive school I wanted to take a course at. The reviews said it's away from the main area and up a hill and the pictures looked bad so I tried to cancel on trip and didn't get a response. I had to pay 400 bhat to get there when it should have been 300. The girl there showed me a room. The view from the window was concrete water tanks I think. She called the owner and she was argumentative saying I am pointing out flaws because I just want to cancel. Then they showed another, bigger room but I realized I just don't want to waste a day there so I paid another 300 bhat and left. For the same price I found another place that was truly a resort and so nice compared to this run down, gloomy and messy place.

+ privacy + spacious room + AC works ok - far away from shops - steep and broken road with a lot of holes leading to this place - my neighbors had an accident (not their fault, other guy bumped into them on this road and drove away) . they had to pay a lot for rented bike damage. I think that host should think about how to make this road safer for his guests - fix huge holes and install mirror signs , to be aware if someone going down. - WATER - they do not have system water supply, they buy water. And if you are running of water in your bathroom - you should call host, ask for water and wait, wait, wait… - NOISE - I lived in the down bungalow. And it is awful. I heard every step above me. Sometimes I woke up in the middle of the night from the noice that smtg dropped on me. Audibility is awful( - no cleaning during 3 days - host doesn’t have what’s up, you should only call

I expected a real sea view but you only see a small piece of ocean between the trees. Also many ants and wood insects which wasn't really comfortable. Other than that an okay hotel if the price would have been cheaper

Overall a great accomodation. I was lost and unable to find it, the owner went out of her way to come find me and take me there. Couldn’t recommend more !

Accommodation is around a 5/10 minute drive from the pier that you get dropped too, a 5 minute drive from the main nightlife areas in the town and has a lovely view looking across the sea from the room. Would definitely recommend if you want to be out of the main area but close enough to get there within 10 minutes. Only downside which is of no fault of anyone’s but the islands is that the accommodation was up a big hill. To drive is no problem, however we walked it the first night and it was a killer. This however is should not deter you, was a lovely place and would highly recommend. (Just get a bike/car)

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. First in a small house, and then moved to a house with a kitchen. It seemed a bit cramped in the small house because there were a lot of things. But the house itself is neat, you can see that they clean very carefully. The house with a kitchen was very spacious. You can even move in with a large family. The kitchen had everything you need. We went to the sea by bike. Four, five minutes. There are a lot of hills on Koh Tao, and from our house there is also a hill. But my husband is an experienced driver, he drove slowly and carefully. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovation, they were updating the rooms. I think they will look modern😉 We gave the laundry to the owner, the service is inexpensive and everything was washed well. We want to wish the landlord prosperity! Thank you for the vacation!

I liked it the last time I stayed there so I booked it again.. The reservation was messed up so I ended up staying in a smaller room ㅠ.ㅠ The other room I stayed in this time had a small balcony and a small room! The room is small so it feels cozy, and if you have a lot of luggage it might feel a little cramped 🧳. The balcony was smaller than the terrace, but it was perfect for taking in the fresh air and simply enjoying the view 🌸. The room was also clean and well-maintained so I was able to stay comfortably. I recommend it to those who prefer a small and practical accommodation rather than a large space! 🥰

Quite complicated to find, but very nice view, bathroom less clean

By accident, we got the first cabin in a row by the seaside. It had a cute hammock and could just look at the sea. But the room is too ordinary. The large gap in the floor can directly see the beach below. There are some cute big dogs.

Bad location, no real sea view, had a cockroach in the room, there was no water at times and a power outage. I can't recommend it.
