The Syncretic Guest House

The Syncretic is a nice n comfortable guest house.The rooms are good but bathrooms are better.Rooms are clean n well maintained. However, there are certain infirmities that need to be addressed if the guest house needs to do better business.First n foremost they need to provide tea making facility in each room as in the Room service tea is not available before 830 AM n one needs to go out for ann early cup of tea.The breakfast is good n the in room food service adequate as they have delivery arrangements with nearby restaurants. Another thing that needs to be looked into is laundry service.They seem to have an arrangement with a local washerman who is generally not available. They need to have a perfect arrangement for guest laundry. Another thing I noticed is that the guest house is managed by a non professional who is very quick in saying no to any demand that u may have.Good hoteliers go out of the way to meet the residents demands but in this guest house this effort is sorely lacking. The pricing is OK but the facilities need to be improved if the business is to grow
