Detailed mentioned in description is not upto the mark not proper care of customer no drinking water facility poor quality of mattress and blanket very high price compared to cleaness and hygiene this is at 2nd floor and no luggage lifting facility available entrance is very dirty cats are sleeping in the entrance.

It's about 700 m from esplanade bus stand and easy to locate. Just look up to see the sign board.

I had visited the empire hotel on 31st night, it is a lodge and rooms and location is under unhygienic place … they told me Rooms are full not available even if you booked and confirmed

After 75 stair you can reach this guest house. It is situated on top floor. No hanger in room. Room service is bad
