The experience starting from check in, food was average, toiletries was worse, gym is bad most of the equipment are out of order or makes horrible noise like treadmill…..and it never open for that you have to front desk they’ll send someone to open which takes 10min and the stupid excuse is given. As an overall experience is worst

Rooms are very small. Not worth the high money you pay for their hotel. The room rates should be halved. Not very clean rooms and very less amenities

Picture of room during booking and allotted are way different. Room given into under construction building. Food taste is below standard, intercom was not working, staffs were trying to compensate the discomfort, but couldn’t.

The hotel, located close to the netaji subhash airport in kolkata, is an excellent place with courteous and helpful staff, good food and clean atmosphere!

Hey! my stay was extremely pathetic at o2 oxygen. Rooms are shabby and staff is extremely rude. My wallet also got stolen n it was stolen by a staff member there itself. Everything is dirty and extremely bad. I don't recommend anyone to take this hotel. Yes it's a pathetic hotel n not a 4 star

Stayed for one night. From one side there was traffic noise and people voice from gallery from o the side. No sound proofing in the room. I really doubt that they gave me the room which i booked.
