The Lake Hotel

The door of the room which they had provided me was not opening then they have changed our room by saying that "your room is upgraded and we are providing you the premium room. After few hours when were sleeping after a long flight they were asking us to change the room, i told them we'll do it later but still they were asking us to change next day when we asked to change it then they said that we don't have to change we can stay in the same room. But the point is when we were sleeping after a long journey they were asking us the change the room immediately. Hence earlier they said that our room is upgraded rather then that the stay was nice and the condition of the room was good. I would like to suggest them to make the menu prices down to avoid their guest to eat outside.

They don't allow any guest to visit in room and behaviour is very rude for early check in and out they take extra charges like 1000 always there is no compromise being made for double occupancy room which is booked they take extra charge of 1000rs for the second person they are taking money like hell i would never visit this hotel again

This was the worst experience with hotel stay too small place, no cupboard no amenities just waste of money dont go with the photos pf the room. Staff behaviour is also worst

It was a nice experience. Room is so clean and the staff was so good. Food is so delicious and it maintain hygiene

Room size is small and there was some moister smell in lilen. Some smell in room that i reported also

Absolute horrible. Rooms are dirty with dust in every furniture and smell of mold. Staffs are not trained in basic hospitality. No outside food is allowed via swiggy/zomato. You are forced to eat from their restaurant which serves terrible and limited food options. Definitely a "no stay" for me again and won't recommend the stay.

The restaurant staff were very very rude when breakfast was being ordered. They will talk to you like they are doing some charity by serving you the breakfast. Room was not all clean. And no one attended to the request for cleaning. I had to leave hotel one day prior to end of booking taking a loss of one day of booking and did not have any energy to argue.

Service delay

Great service at reception, very good and timely reception and room service. The cafe is exceptional.
