This property is not customer service centric. They lock gates 11 pm & it's not open until 6 pm untill you wake up hotel staffs by staff room door knocking more than 5 minutes. Washroom hygiene is worse. Need to work on these points. I have done check out

Very neat and clean and well managed. Had a comfortable 3 day stay. Breakfast provided at a very cheap rate was also good.

Staff not friendly at all. Only looking for tips and in return not ready to give any service. Reception number is off the hook so that they don't get disturbed probably enjoying their sleep. Asked for lil help which any other hotel on this earth will provide happily but her they simply refused
