I visited this hotel just because it was near to the airport,but from my last stay. It will be my frequent stop at this hotel, really liked the entire staff all are answerable and helpful. In reception which as a guest observed by me, manager is balancing the juniors teams with all his efforts very nice. Breakfast was superb and love the food.thanku you.

Nice to stay in holiday in it was very pleasant stay in holiday inn kolkata airport hotel room was very beautiful and the service was excellent the staffs also very nice very cooperative good tp stay in the hotel i enjoyed the morning breakfast.

I felt like home. The warmth in the property is extremely incredible and show casing the heritage of Kolkata is WOW. I have already recommended my family and friends raajkutir for stay. The staff won my heart. I have stayed in so ***y 5star property but the reason of staying again with raajkutir was its staff like Shang, Sunita, Sapna, Parthib, Marisa, Anindita, Disha. Chef Bisw***p made me taste special Bengali thali and f&b staff at east india who explained me every dish. Also, I will say when good leader leads a team, that unity shows in the team- this fits for the front office ***ager Riki. He is extremely humorous and generous. He won the heart when we were leave and he helped with me with my luggage. He being FOM, he can simply tell other staff to do but he being so helpful he himself carried my luggage and dropped till car. This is the reason TAJ is different from other hotels. They are rooted to their work. Exe chef Suvashish Mukherjee took his time and spent with us and gave glimpse of so ***y Bengali food stories and sharing his experience with TAJ from 3 generation. When I praised him about how all staff is so humble, he said ma'am I learnt this from my leader Mr. Tata and shared his experience when he meet Mr. Ratan Tata and the lift is being used by some other guest. Mr. Tata didn't left bad or didn't got angry at staff for not holding the lift for him but he simply said I feel I was sitting from very long and we should climb the stairs its heathy and smiled. These beautiful stories we can only hear from staff of TAJ because they are feeling like home at there work and they make guest feel like home. I was not so well the care gave by the 2 ladies in spa by suggesting steam and massages. Simply incredible stay. Definitely I will come back. Thanks to everyone in Raajkutir for your love.

The new landmark building by ITC SONAR is a relatively stylish hotel in the area. All the facilities are new, but the smell of the decoration will be greater due to new reasons. There are Chinese restaurants and Chinese chefs, and you can order your favorite dishes. This is the most advantageous, the consumption level is not low, the buffet is 180.

Overall it is a good experience but I feel the time for preparing the food that they took can be improved and I feel considering their room it is a bit over expensive. Otherwise their food quality and staff behaviour is upto the mark

Good place very nice and friendly staff overall satisfied with the place one addition could be an in house bar which will add cherry on top except that very good food is good a bit expensive compared to local food but not too much so ok ok for a hotel, rooms are nice for my room i got a nice view so was an excellent experience

It was 3 days residential event. The entire team was aligned to the purpose and it was an awesome execution by the F&B Team. Rahul the Sales Manager was always present for any support. Babloo, Shahnawaz, Rehman, Nizam and others were always ready to walk the extra mile for ensuring every needs are addressed. Saikat was an amazing person with the Bar. The Exec Chef Debasish and Chef Tanmoy Mukherjee were personally present for every Buffet served to take feedback and adjust cuisine. It was an event for Children with Special Needs and The entire Team was committed to make it a Super Special Event. It was an event with 400++ guests and they managed it with ease and finesse. Thanks to Team Vedic Village for ensuring it was a smooth and par excellence execution.

Very good service. Very clean. Staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Room dining and restaurant dining menu selection can be wider. Hope to stay there again.

It is really a nice hotel. Good ambiance. Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise. But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel? But for sound hotel May change backside windows to soundproof options. Clean & decorated room. Breakfast is ok, rather I would say Good if not Very Good. Reception people are very helpful, I got early check-in at 12:30PM. Nearby Shopping District. As it is busy area, so get ready for whole day huge traffic.

As Puja is approaching very much sooner, I had a pleasant experience staying in the ITC Fortune Park Panchwati property with my colleagues during our business trip in from Modicare.
