VGP Residency biggest drawback is that the hotel does not have even one male staff. The "room boy" is also females. You need anything these girls get it for you. They are at ur service anytime. ...

VGP Residency in Kollam town was one of the best & clean rooms when i used to stay 2 years before. Now the rooms are very dirty with very bad smell & bathrooms not cleaned. When i informed the reception the lady talking very rude & no manners. I had to wait for half an hour to get the bill. Bill not write properly. Checkin/checkout not smooth. you need to wait for long time. Not at all satisfactory. Staffs not at all professional

Reception staffs are not well mannered & rooms are not clean This hotel was one of the most clean n well maintained rooms previously. Now the room was so dirty. The floor was not cleaned, cupboard was dirty n had a bad smell, the room too smell so badly, bathroom not cleaned. I informed the reception lady but both of them did not respond or does not show the concern to clean up the room. "They were not bothered or they didnt care a damn" was the response. i had to stay in the same room for 3 days. The hotel management must keep polite n well behave staff in proper manners. Now the standard of this hotel is more like a lodge.

Urgent attention to of all your Management Team Am a regular guest of this Hotel VGP Residency, Kollam. I got a very bad experience from a boy in your reception What I feel is that he is not at all perfect in your reception He had a very bad attitude and it's always reflects in his words and behaviour Always keep Right People in Right Place Rooms are not cleaned and having bad smell If same is continuing u will lose all of ur Business Zero rating for this hotel due to the bad behavior Need to improve your hotel standards Necessary action needed for the above complaint

Two weeks before went to this hotel VGP Residency, Kollam. The guy at the reception (said his name is RAHUL) was not at all a responding person. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK. dont even know what is manners. He is busy with his mobile, not bothered to attend the guest. if you need to stay, you can stay or just leave - is the attitude of that guy. does not even know the rates of rooms. Overall the hotel is a good one, rooms are clean but the bad behavior of the reception guy makes this hotel the worst place for your good stay.

a budget hotel with clean rooms. but there is a *** at theis hotel (a black ugly looking fello name - marimuttu) pleaase ....pleaase ... dnt ever ask theis *** to buy anything (he will not giv you balance money & will rob money) & dnt ever ask him to get food for you. his hands very dirty he have some sikin desise too. he is drawback of this hotel.

stayed at this hotel & asked room boy 2 buy food. he buy me food & came back @ 11.30 night. he was fully drink came into my room & abusive words finally i slap him & asked to getout. i went to reception to complaint but only security was in reception. i asked manager no. but security told me that he will inform manager. Very bad room boy behaviour.

Stayed last month in vgp residency kollam for 2 days. Since d hotel does not have a restaurent I asked d room boy to buy me lunch. Was waiting n he never turned up,so i called the reception & someone picked the call and said the manager is not here. Finally after a long wait i got the lunch around 4:30 pm.very bad staff service
